Horrible place. Im allergic to gluten and heard the lady in the back huff when my order came in. I placed an online order at 525pm and it is now 553pm and I'm still waiting. Its one sub. I even told them they don't have to do any special things for the g.f. no wiping nothing extra. The sub comes with American and I wrote a note online saying sub American for mozzarella (if no mozzarella do provolone) came in they skipped me by 4 people. Then they "started it" which I stood there specifically to check and then I went to the bathroom. I came out and they hadn't started my sub yet bc they didn't understand the special note.... and told me rudely that it should say sub mozzarella for American.... ok? My note was clear. Also the sub comes with American so it makes sense. Then after I told them, before the bathroom, not wo twice everything down (loght allergy not celiac) they then asked me.... if it was an allergy or preference. 27 minutes later (im driving across country and now arriving after midnight) here is my sub. If managed would call me......

But their cheesesteak isn't that good in that they're not that flavorful, in my opinion, nor is their chipotle sandwich close to tasting like chipotle. But their sandwiches are meaty to say the least. They are on the pricey side with their giant subs running over $13 as they are around 14" long, but they are meaty. If purchasing their mid-sized sandwiches, chips and a small drink, then plan on spending well over $10 for the meal. In the end, it is the decision of the customer to decide the value. For me, it taste good enough on their typical lunchmeat subs that I will splurge from time to time. If these prices were at another big sub-sandwich chain that I know, it would be a...
Read moreI was big fan of Jersey Mike's. Enough less than stellar experiences have turned my opinion. Walked into this location for a "to go" order about 20 minutes prior to closing and took note of the three faces that definitely did not want my business with the lead throwing down a cleaning towel. One look and I saw the problem. The employees had already cleared the prep trays and cleaned the counters so that they could go home right at the listed closing time.
The closing time is for the customer, not the employees but apparently these folks didn't get that in their training...or perhaps just didn't care. Doesn't matter. I understand a long day. Mine started at 5am... most likely well before their day started. They didn't want my business...
