Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Florence

As a rare treat, our family had the afternoon off today. We decided to go to Jimmy John’s and bring our 7 month old son.

While we were eating, a verbal fight broke out amongst two employees. They continued to yell at each other, repeatedly using profanity before throwing a headset nearly across the end of the sandwich line. I couldn’t eat anymore during or after this.

I walked up to an employee restocking the drink lids and asked who I could speak with regarding this. She said the manager was here and would be right with me. Ten minutes passed and I was ready to leave.

As I was walking out, I again asked to speak with the manager and was told that she was too busy on the line. I refuse to ever visit this location again.

How can a manager let a confrontation occur like this among employees? Why was this not addressed? Why would you not take time to assure your guests? This place was a circus today and it is absolutely unacceptable....

Not impressed. Though the establishment was clean . . the person taking the order was stringent about what options the were in the way of bread, cheese, etc. Despite there being 10 or 12 employees within 10 ft or so, they were all involved in their own conversations in lieu of assisting a new customer unfamiliar with their menu. I was only one of two customers (the other sitting down), so it wasn't due to the store being busy. The gal that made my sandwich, wrapped it in paper and put it on the counter while still engaged in a personal conversation with a co-worker. I HAD TO GET A BAG FOR MY SANDWICH, AND NAPKINS for my "to go" order.

The Manager was no doubt among these employees, so I am not impressed with...

Unreal. I ordered food. I paid $34. It charged my card. 2 minutes after close I get a call. “Sorry we can’t deliver, but I have a solution. I can put the order in for the morning”. Really? I want dinner now, not in the morning! The ONE time I order from them. I order out every night, single man. I decided to try something new now tonight until I get a refund I would have spent $60 to eat. Unreal. I will NEVER order from here again. They claimed they have no delivery driver but are still accepting online orders? Why not shut off the online orders for that store? I asked if they could drop it off on their way home and the answer was nobody here has a vehicle. 3 excuses, no good....
