I would definitely go back!! I think everyone should experience this at least once. It was cool!! #food #foodie #kentucky #local #eating

Food and service speed similar to other KPOTs. The one big thing that sets this apart from other units, especially on the east coast, is that they have unlimited ice cream to dine in during your meal. My server Carolyne was great with checking up on me often and asking if I needed anything else after I started cooking. The runners that provided the food upon ordering were great and fast. Food quality is excellent and did not observe any bugs/pests. My only 2 concerns were that when placing an order for 2-3x the amount of a product, I still only received 1 order’s worth of items. For example, I placed 3 orders of beef balls, I still ended up with the standard 4 pieces of them in 1 order (yes I am aware of food waste and not to order too much at once). The other concern was that it took over 14 minutes for my soup broth to arrive (the entrees themselves came out first). Usually upon ordering soup arrives within 5 minutes. We are allotted 120 minutes to dine (see picture of tablet of time remaining). My suggestion is to double check earlier with the server that the broth was actually put in instead of waiting and hoping it’ll come out soon, as my server has forgotten to do that. Otherwise, everything else was great with her.

First time to KPot and I was amazed at the amount of space and awesome accommodations . Brand new place with great atmosphere and huge selection of choices for food both Hot Pot and Korean barbecue. We did just Hot Pot and loved it. Many broth choices and wide selection of meats, veggies, noodles, tofu, etc. All you can eat. Great appetizers and side sauces, fruit, and other delicacies . Sake was good and Soju choices available too. Our server was Zac and he was really nice, attentive, and friendly. Good service ! Update: Went back again with (group of 4) and added the Korean BBQ ($5 per person) along with Hot pot. Grace was our server and she was excellent! The BBQ was also amazing and has a ton of choices where you can cook your own food right at the table. Suggestion: I would pick one or the other (Hot Pot or BBQ) as it can get a bit chaotic with all the choices and flavors. They are both excellent on their own and can be more thouroughly enjoyed! Again, top marks. Great place!

I’ve been looking forward to this place opening ever since I saw the banners go up months ago, and it did not disappoint. The vibe inside is really cool and welcoming, and the temperature was perfect, cool enough to be refreshing on a super hot day, but not freezing like some places get.

Our server was incredibly kind and helpful. Since it was our first time, they walked us through how everything works and checked in on us often without being overbearing. It made the whole experience feel smooth and comfortable.

We got the BBQ and the food was amazing. Honestly, I didn’t expect the fried rice to be that good, but it was! Everything had great flavor, and even the items that didn’t come pre-seasoned were easy to customize and turned out delicious. The portions were generous too, which was a nice surprise. The standout for our group was the short rib, we couldn’t get enough of it. It might honestly be one of the best things I’ve eaten in a while. It was also easy to understand how to cook everything because the server was more than willing to help, plus there were tools and a chart on the wall of the booth to help by listing recommended cook times.

Price-wise, it might seem a little high at first, but for a two-hour all-you-can-eat setup, it’s totally fair, especially if everyone pays for their own meal.

One tip: pace yourself. It’s tempting to order a bunch of stuff right away, but it’s way better to go slow and order in rounds. You can keep sending in orders from the tablet at your table throughout your time slot. We got a little too excited, ordered a ton up front, and ended up stuffed with 40 minutes left on the clock, lesson learned!

Overall, a really great spot with tasty food, good vibes, and awesome service. I’ll definitely be back.

Also I apologize that I didn’t get great pictures so it definitely doesn’t do the place...

The food was not the best. The rice was hard, flavor was odd, and overall it was a strange experience. The instructions on how the menu works were not given well. Was charged for Food I did not get to finish by a worker mixing cooked and UNCOOKED food in a bowl using his hands (he did have gloves) and charging us for “wasting”. We barely ordered cause the food was not great so we were for sure over charged. It would be nice to have the instructions better explained and I think if you are going to charge people not not finishing nasty food AT LEAST weigh the cooked and uncooked food separate. I totally understand the rule if maybe customers were ordering tons of food and wasting but that was not our case. What I specifically ordered did not taste great which was why I did not eat it. They also do not give you the option to eat something different than others at your table. For example everyone has to agree on eating either the Korean bbq or the hotpot unless everyone gets charged for both which is a stupid concept. The waiters don’t have much to do at all yet ours could not even get us a refill. Forks and spoons are at a sauce bar and they were out of forks. I told my waiter that the forks were out and I asked if she could get me one. She came back to the table 15 minutes after I asked for a fork and told me that the forks had been refilled at the bar. I mean the least she could do was bring me a fork. Cost us over $100 just for 2 people to “eat”. Would never...

I’ve been here twice now, once with a large group and the second time just myself and my boyfriend. Both times we absolutely loved the food and had an awesome experience. Definitely come hungry because you will leave sooo full! The Thai Tom Yum broth is delicious is you want your hot pot to have some spice! The first time I went our server was Zach and he was really awesome, very energetic and attentive to our group. He did a great job explaining everything to us. Serving a large group of people is hard and he did it with such ease and didn’t miss a beat. Our second time we were served by Brandi and she was super sweet, regularly made sure our drinks stayed full and that everything had we ordered was coming out. She always made sure our broth was at a good level to keep us going strong. She was also a great conversationalist. She had other tables at the same time but with how attentive and quick she was the whole time, we felt like her only table, so she juggled that super well!

The only “feedback” I have (which did not detract from my overall experience and is not the server’s fault) is that it would be really nice is if larger tables had more than one tablet available. When we went the first time with a large group it was time consuming to have to pass the tablet around and have to wait for 6 other people to decide what they want.

I’ll definitely be back many times and highly...
