Love the selection at this store!! I appreciate everything they do to help make the shopping experience an enjoyable one here at the Fairmont, KY location.

From having multiple sizes available, to keeping items in the right sections, and having a wife variety of extremely well priced beauty items in stock to choose from I can rest assured that when I shop here I won't have to go searching anywhere else for what I'm needing to buy 9 times out 10

They offer especially great deals with tons of styles and options for all clothes particularly in the women's, junior, dress, and fitness is dept.'s. I've shopped for the men in my life here too, and I love how much I can get without breaking the bank.

The staff have been extremely friendly and are always quick to help out regardless of what time it is. I've definitely found that isn't always the case while shopping at other various retail chains that also stay open after 9:30pm, and I think it shows that they really care and prioritize putting their customers' needs first. I'd also like to give a special shout out to Doug who always does an exceptional job of ensuring all merchandise is neat, organized, and easy to shop throughout the store and can tell when he's been working 'recovery' tasks that day.

I live up in Cincinnati, but I definitely find that making the drive to this location almost always pays off in terms of the selection and most all, the savings!

I was in the store Saturday night at 8:40pm the fitting room doors were locked but the light was green when I asked one of the cashiers about it she rudely said their closed. Mind you there is no signs anywhere stating a closing time for the fitting rooms. The cashier was very short with me so I asked another associates and was met with the same attitude. I asked her if the fitting rooms had a closing time and she "yeah no one is on the floor I don't know I just came back from lunch" it was very inconvenient for myself and 3 other people who wanted to try on cloths before buying them. There needs to be better communication from your associates to the customers. Telling me it's closed without giving any context is very unprofessional. I worked retail for many years and one thing I learned is short answers is not the way to go with people. Simply let us know "I'm sorry the fitting rooms are closed due to no associates on the floor at this time I'm sorry for the inconvenience" don't assume that the customer knows why the fitting rooms are closed especially with no signs up. I found a lot of good deals. I spent quite a bit of money here and time getting my products. The problem with this store is they are not handicapped accessible. I found the store to be discriminatory against seniors and handicapped people. I am both. I had to walk through the store. I probably won't walk for the next 3 days because of this. They have no wheelchairs. They have no scooters. They don't have anything to help a senior or a handicapped individual out. So disappointing. They even got in touch with me to let me know that probably wasn't going to happen. If I needed other help I could get in touch with the manager though. They still won't be providing access for the...
