Skyline Chili — Restaurant in Florence

My husband and I came in town to visit our in-laws and were excited to have Skyline for dinner since we don't have Skyline where we're from. We made a delivery order through Uber Eats. When we got our order it was the most disappointing order we've ever received from anywhere. The coneys had no hotdogs in them, the 3- way was missing but the sent the cheese, crackers and hot sauce for it. They sent a container of wilted shredded lettuce with a few diced tomatoes and a teaspoon of chili but no burrito. My husband reached out to Uber Eats and I called Skyline. The girl I spoke with was very apologetic and said that they would remake it and we could pick it up or store credit. We agreed to wait until we hear back from Uber Eats and if nothing is resolved with them then we would call back for the credit. Uber Eats would only credit us less than a fraction of the price of the order. Which was nothing compared to what we spent at Skyline. Today I called Skyline and asked to speak to the manager that I spoke with on Monday night. The lady who answered the phone stated sarcastically she was the manager( giving her first, middle and last name) and no one with that name works there and has the authority to make decisions like the one I was supposedly told. I asked for corporates number and she would not give it to me. She was hostile and very sarcastic with me and kept over talking when I was just simply trying to explain to her what had happened. She kept saying that I need to call Uber Eats even though they made the order. I tried to tell her that my husband already had reached out to Uber Eats. She's very rude and disrespectful. I'm disgusted by the quality of food that went straight to the trash, the money we loss and especially the manager's attitude...

I haven't been to this place in years because I live in a state where we don't have this restaurant, and I remember really enjoying the Chili Mac from this place as a kid. I really had to plead with my wife to bring the family here, and I was so sorely disappointed in how poor the quality and the taste of the chili was. I remembered the Chili Mac being so amazing as a child, but now it was so bland and watery that it was so discussing and disappointing.

My wife and my children (5 & 6) kept complaining how much better and superior my chili mac was to this place, and I was honestly really crushed, especially since I use chili from a can most of the time because I just don't have the time to make from scratch. The waitress was very friendly and attentive and the portions seemed okay for the price, and the place was relatively clean, but it was just shocking that chili out of a can was more enjoyable. I will never be back. Lastly, it was rather annoying how I had to walk up to the cash register to pay, instead of just giving the payment to the waitress to...

Stopped into this location Sunday with my husband around 2pm while running errands and after walking in and surveying the restaurant I made a decisive choice to leave without eating .I don't know if we just missed a late lunch rush and/ir if they were short on staff all though it didn't appear that way with several people behind the counter talking but regardless this place was disgusting. Every empty table had dirty plates on them, food and other debris on the floor. Even noticed as we decided to leave someone offered to clean a table for two women that walked in after us but nobody approached us to offer to clean a table. I will never eat at this location....
