Lula's Coffee Co — Restaurant in Florence

I order a large Iced Vanila Chi made with Oat Milk. After receiving my drink I pulled off and tired putting my straw into my drink & because it was so much ice I could barely get the straw in. Finally got the straw in, & this might sound like an exaggeration but 1 and a half sips & the drink was gone. I parked & went inside & order a medium size of the same drink I just got through drive through. The same guy made it & checked me out. Once he handed me the drink I proceeded to pour the medium drink into the large cup I had received that only had ice left in. & I after pouring half the medium into the large cup, the large cup was already with the drink & I still had half left in the medium. I asked the guy if he could clear see how little drink I original got in my large, and said yeah. & proceed to continue to check me out. I just felt that it was unfair because I paid for a large & cleared received less a medium. & the guy was like I can’t give you a free drink. I can give a discount but not free. I paid for the medium & left but I felt it was unfair because I come there everyday & I always get the same thing. And it just left a bad...

I could have not expected the outcome of this experience when I first walked into this local coffee shop. As I approached the doors I felt an instant rush of excitement. The two young men behind the counter greeted me with enthusiasm and proceeded to service every single one of my needs. I can tell that there is a lot of love and experience put into every cup of coffee. I should have been warned before I put my lips against the BLT. The in-house glaze left my taste buds tingling with excitement and wonder. Then they gave me a latte and the mixture of flavors bursted into my mouth. I will definitely be coming again and again. Lula's is a very easy to miss coffee establishment right off of Pamplico Highway, its humble store front can easily be overlooked as well. I will admit I have neglected its existence until now due to these reasons...but now I regret every missed opportunity to order there. I had a vanilla bean frappe that tasted as if they had put a cupcake in my cup, and the barista was very friendly despite the current medical conditions that effect us currently. It's very affordable price point is just another reason to check out this criminally overlooked coffee spot...
