Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Florence

I ordered online and when picking up my food, realized they gave me the wrong pizza. We ordered a pretzel crust but were given the regular one. After telling them, they insisted it was a pretzel crust and that it was just missing the salt, telling me they can get some salt for me... I asked them to remake it and they told me they could not because it already was the pizza I ordered. After this they told me they did not have the butter to make it a pretzel crust. I didn't want the pizza but they refused to take it back. On top of this, after asking for the Krazy sauce for my Italian cheese sticks, they gave me a container of red pizza sauce and the cheese sticks were chewy and old tasting. I left upset and my husband returned after calling the store to let them know he was coming back for a refund. They refused to give him a refund because there was no manager on duty to authorize it. This was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had in a business. My husband asked for them to call the manager to which they refused and said he would be in on Monday (3 days later). Whoever they had working in there today didn’t know whether they were coming or going. I ordered online at 1:30 & the pizza was supposed to be ready for pickup by 2pm. When I arrived around 2:05, they said that they just made the dough for the pizza & it would be a few minutes..after waiting 30 minutes, my tracker showed that the pizza was ready, I go in to pickup the pizza and some chick came from the back saying they ran out of deep dish dough and it would be another 30min.. so I’m standing there calling customer service so I could get my money back & they bring out the pizza…I don’t know what they have going on there, but I won’t be ordering anything else from there & to top that, I ordered ranch dipping sauce and they said they ran out of that…plus I had to put my pizza in the oven when I got home because it was...

I was not happy with the delivery driver zackery. I ordered online everything went well and the timing was right around 11am and drop off was 11:50am a pepperoni cheese bread , mild wings and ceasar dip. I was very hungry for lunch time . Then I get a call from Zackery and told me he was there as I was cleaning my dog . He told me he ddnt want to set it down on my back porch bc of ants . I told him its ok it shouldn't take me long . We hung up and 3 min later I went to get it and nothing was there , I was super upset this Zackery guy should not deliver again!!!!! I ended up driving to little ceasars to order again after the call in custmer service to get a refund.This store will take a hit from me bc of thar driver.
