They've gotten our order wrong every time we go in there, for both "Rapid pick-up" and dining in. I usually check the order before we leave but thought we could trust them to get it right, but alas we have learned our lesson again. I cannot urge you all enough to check the rapid pick up orders before leaving. Seriously, do not walk out the door until you've got the correct order inside the box. Despite instructions being input correctly, they continue to disregard and just make it the way they think it should be. (Even on slow times!)...leaving in thick heavy sauces that were specifies to be removed, and forgetting to add what was PAID FOR and instructed for substitute sauces. (Be extra aware if you ha e food allergies/sensitivities, they are quite sloppy with preparation)...not to mention unhygienic. Bugs everywhere flying around the soda fountains & drink area. Not just one or two randoms, but a flock of bugs circling you &your cup as you dispense your beverage. sigh But still "good" Panera option in that the flavors were reliable favs, the soup was decent. The ladies making the sandwiches seemed extra stressed and sassy. The guy who took our order was pleasant & efficient. Upon looking for seating, we noticed the majority of tables and booths were absolutely filthy. I've served in many dining establishments and I honestly do not know how they get away with this being "ok". Do we give them additional chances? The cleanliness is extremely disappointing and it's frustrating to get orders presented incorrectly when it is busy with many other hungry patrons. Come on Panera, do better. We know you can. We are pretty loyal to Panera and this branch was our most disappointing...
Read morePanera is pretty EXPENSIVE so it’s VERY RARE that I can afford it for myself and my daughter. After working all day today with a severe sore throat and cold, her and I both were looking forward to having broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl. She went in and ordered two broccoli cheddar soups with bread, bowls, and an extra cup of soup so I could take that to work with me tomorrow for lunch. When she came out to the car, she looked in the bag and said there’s 3 cups in here and two bread, bowls, and pieces of bread. When we got home, it was 2 cups of macaroni and cheese, and only one cup of soup. I personally don’t like the macaroni and cheese at Panera. My daughter does not like the macaroni and cheese at Panera. We already made it all the way across town to get home, it’s dark. It’s cold. We’re both sick. And now one of us doesn’t have any dinner or lunch for tomorrow. I have the receipt that shows what we ordered so I called and I was told that they would give me the exact meals another day. But I’m unsure as to how they will do that when the girl didn’t take down my information. I’m very disappointed. The restaurant wasn’t busy. It was 8 o’clock in the evening for the price you pay at Panera your order...
Read moreYou would think with your million dollar prices you would have top notch service. Nope that's too much like right! Yesterday I grabbed a cup of chicken noodle soup that did NOT have a TEASPOON amount of broth in the cup. Just a COLD CUP OF NOODLES!! Why is that ok? Why was it cold it's soup?? And to make matters worse Timmy on drive thru must have been allergic to the cold brisk breeze coming through the drive-thru window.(it appears that cold was theme for yesterday) I digress any who as he failed to extend his arm to collect my card, return my card, and give me order. Instead I had to activate my go-go gadget arms to retrieve all my items. I mean the top half of my body was literally hanging out of my car. If I wanted to work the drive thru than I would have applied to work there while dressing appropriately per the weather conditions for the drive thru window. My suggestion would be to give that young man a Panera embroidered jacket so that he may properly extend his arms out of the window to complete transactions. I have attached photos of the cup of noodles NO broth that you charge me 6.99 for. I am completely appalled by the service and product received from your location....
