For a moment in time, it is as though you have walked into a “blast from the past” ice cream parlor experience. The selection of ice cream and quality is divine and the service was great. Visiting our grandson in South Carolina, we stayed in the heart of Florence at the Tapestry hotel and walked down to Smiling Scoops to get some ice cream. What I experienced was nostalgia with old 1980’s candy and a variety of different ice cream and soft serve. I older the Biscoff soft serve cheesecake waffle cone. It was divine. Nice spot great ice cream and variety of candy!

Attentive and cheerful staff. Extra nice to children! I had a turtle sundae, huge, decadent, even better than it looks. Come in and enjoy the bright interior and fun music. I will have to come back and try the coffee ice cream sundae!

A mediocre experience. Was disappointed because it was highly reviewed. We ordered two waffle cones and they tasted very stale/cheap, with an unpleasant aftertaste. Some staff was friendly but the service was slow, which seemed odd given that there wasn’t that many people in line and there were 4 people behind the counter. The prices seemed fair and there were a lot of options. Overall I wouldn’t return, but I’m sure others...

The place is just great! The ice cream is good. They have blue bell and blue bunny ice cream. From the time you walk in the place, it makes you feel like an excited kid all over again going for ice cream!!🤗🤗 the two young ladies were very friendly, nice and pleasant!
