We are from Canada and just came back from the Florida Keys. We stumbled into the Quick Service Counter (QSR) or fast food location in the Florida Keys Outlet Mall. The variety and freshness of the foods was great. The amounts were plentiful. The owner and his partner were very gracious. Real authentic Peruvian Cuisine. They had classics, like anticuchos for meat eaters, as well as vegetarian options and even alfajores( for the Christmas Season). This is a MUST, better than a sit down restaurant. Was craving ceviche and didn't find any Peruvian place other than down South in FL City, the restaurant was located inside the food court in the mall so it didn't look welcoming. I ordered the ceviche mixto and i was shocked to see a regular white potatoe instead of a sweet potatoe. The potatoe was hot instead of cold so it brought down flavor.
