If you enjoy the over the top hipster/barre gym crowd this is the spot for you. If you work hard for your money and want to enjoy your evening; go literally anywhere but here.
$25 for 2 drinks- a margarita that had zero taste and no tequila. It was a wine margarita and was not even worth finishing. And a tap beer in the smallest glass I have ever seen- labeled as an IPA but was actually a Hazy.
None of the beer tenders had any knowledge on any beers that were being sold which as a taproom, is pretty embarrassing. Not one person could answer our questions. So that sucked.
Also they advertise that ladies drink free until 7pm on Fridays- definitely NOT the case. Ladies drink cider for free until 7, so false advertisement right there. And when I asked for a cider at 6:55pm, they said “sorry too late”
We walked in and sat at the bar and watched as everyone around us was helped and served. At one point, someone came up to us and said hey how can I help you and I said we’d like to order a couple of drinks and he said ok I am helping someone else and walked away. About 30 minutes into sitting there, we were finally served.
The employees are rude and a mess. Whoever checked us out said “don’t worry I added the tip for you” and it was $10, who the hell does that?
We stayed until 8:30 and no food was every cooked so we left. Super disappointing and we will definitely...
Read moreHaving been to many breweries/taprooms throughout the United States, I was disappointed to see that there were no similar options this far south. All that changed once I stepped into Exit One. They have nailed the atmosphere of a friendly local beer establishment that I have not felt anywhere else during my time in South Florida.
Exit One has become my go-to spot to hang out and grab a beer (or three). Their rotating selection of craft beer (taps and bottles/cans) is impressive and there is always something for everyone.
The staff obviously have a passion for their art and are huge supporters of the local beer scene and the local community at large. The staff's customer service is next level. They will take the time to help anyone find the perfect beer during their visit. Tasting is available from most, if not all, of the taps.
Exit One regularly hosts events that are a lot of fun and family friendly. Don't be surprised if you see little ones in the taproom. Everyone is welcome.
A Tacos and Tattoos food truck offers delicious Tex-Mex style food options that they put their unique flair on. I have never been disappointed once in the many times I have stopped in and had a bite to eat.
I can't say enough good things or sing the praises of Exit One loud enough. It...
Read moreUpdated- The changes since ownership has changed in the last couple months has made this place less family friendly and more somber. The way it's been laid out is better, but the vibe is more dreary. It used to be so full of life with art work all around. Now it's more like your average quiet lounge. The outside is still nice especially on good weather days but overall it's just not the same. Not a place worth going out of your way for anymore, but if you're in the area it's a nice stop on your way somewhere else, or if you're just looking for a bar to wash the day away. Sorry, hope it gets better soon.
Original- One of our favorite Breweries in South Florida. Beer selection is pretty good but changes regularly so if you find something you like it may not be there the next time you visit. The atmosphere is very chill and there are plenty of games. Nice to sit outside when the weather is good. The inside isn't very large but it is very welcoming. They don't sell food but usually have a food truck onsite. Overall we love this place and can't wait to see it as it...
