Just visited my local coach establishment. It was one of the most embarrassing moments I’ve ever had. I was looking over the purses to pick the right one being that I was purchasing a watch and wallet to match (valentines gift from my hubby). I finally found the one and the display purse was the last one. So I picked it up to buy ,what happen to be a scarf so small I thought was a ribbon 🎀on the purse. My hubby asked to keep it on the purse. The manager then told me “did I realize where I was”?????nothings free he stated. I was immediately offended. I didn’t want to continue my purchase feeling profiled. I walked away with tears in my eyes. My hubby just wanted to make me happy and bought everything I picked out. But I refused to buy his gifts at this location or any coach establishment for that matter. Not a staff member but a manager representing your brand has the power to make a joyful moment a painful interaction. (Gary) manager-Fl. City Florida....

Love this place when I visit from out of town. They always have something for the person I'm gifting. Excellent customer service, greeted at the door, however, overheard a conversation regarding some people one of the managers deemed to be suspicious he was having with a security officer or what appeared to be a police officer about a group of people who came into the store (basically they were profiled) and he was proud about it. So unfortunately this post will be for my last visit. No one deserves to be profiled, no merchandise is worth your life or the disrespect to others. He claimed to have ran them off with good customer service??? Not very happy with the product it self . Have purchased over 20 for gifts and all are come back to me with the same complaint about the straps splitting open . Very disappointed to hear the quality is not what its made to be . Call the store to ask and was told yes if you put to mush weight in them they tend to split . I am not sure what there are caring but would think it to be fit for a bag . At no help when i explained my disappointment and what had happen the answer i received was "OKAY" that was what the rep had to say . So to cut it short what ever you pay for this product it is basically good for one year and than it becomes garbage and make sure you check the weight limit of the items as to not exceed there...
