Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store — Local services in Florida City

If I could give this location 0 stars I would ! My husband and I frequently shop at Polo Ralph Lauren in the malls and never have any issues. This time a manager from Dolphin mall directed us to Florida city location because some of the items we were looking for showed up in their system. The manager also called the location to verify they had them. Once we arrived in this super small store (compared to the ones we are used to) we asked for those items and we were treated like thieves.Thwy kept watching us yet offered no assistance only Chris was helpful. They had about 9 bins of sale items that they are trying to get rid of and we saw a lot that we wanted then we got approached and accused of bulk buying. We were never bulk buying simply shopping in a sale section that had a lot of nice items stuffed in bins that we liked we didn’t buy more than 1 of each style either. They only approached us to tell us what we couldn’t do but never asked if we needed assistance.We were racially profiled to the point we had to speak up! We asked about the coupon code that’s located at the front door of the mall and they asked us if we were from another country they made us feel so uncomfortable there and we spent so much money I will never be back and I will make sure to spread the word to everyone to be ware of this store !!!! Horrible staff !...

I was targeted and discriminated against, and my items were taken out of my hands because this store location claimed that I was a bulk buyer although Polo policy states that I or anyone can buy up to 25 pieces of items at one time. They disrespect me discriminated against me and bullied me because I maid written complaint against their general manager Corina She instructed her assistant manager to target me and he proceeded to belittle me. He proceeded to discriminate against and profile me and bullied me, lied on me and got his regional manager To insult me as well. She told me i wasn’t welcome and to leave the store she over talked me as I was trying to explain the issue with her worker lying on me she proceeded to shout at me and everything was recorded because I had corporate office on the phone. I have video showing I wasn’t disrespectful but merely trying to get answers to why I’m being treated so horribly. I think I need legal representation!!!

I have been shopping with Polo Ralph Lauren outlet for over 12 years. I’ve never been so insulted and bruised and battered in all my life. Something needs to be done to everyone that works at this location. They cater to Latinos and treats African Americans...

I've never had an unpleasant shopping experience here. EVERYONE one the staff members are always so helpful and kind. Today was probably my fourth visit over the years. One gentleman asked as soon as I walked in what I was looking for and had another gentleman gather what I needed from the back because they didn't keep it on display. Beyond kind,knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Upon checkout I was asked if I was a member and reminded to check my texts/emails for recent discounts. This is already an outlet store,to assist in further savings is savings is such a kindness! Its rare to find such patience,let alone kindness in customer service these days. I literally prayed for these people as I walked to my car. Its been a tragic week for me and I truly appreciated the...
