1 star for today is really 1 too many!!!!! My title had no errors....beware beware beware. I do not know what was worse the food, or the rude, TOTALLY for this Pandemic atmosphere incompetent staff. Oh yes I do know it was the sarcastic, irritating, and impatient MANAGER that runs that ridiculous restaurant. The food was wrong and worse, the manager brought out our food to the Van in front of us - and the Manager let those people go through OUR bag. We tried to send it back but she really didn't want to do this and wanted us to take our bag back after it was rifled through. Plus this order was WRONG in MANY ways!!!! After bringing that to her attention she then became even more totally arrogant and belligerent with her attitude and her patience was totally waning. To top it all off our food orders and there were 4 of them were totally wrong and tasted lousy for an Arby's restaurant. The crispy chicken bacon Swiss had no Bacon....no Swiss and was incredibly dry. The beef and extra cheddar had very little cheddar. Even the van in front of us got the wrong order as well as was ours. The manager didn't want to take back ours which in this day and time is felonious at the very least!!!! she eventually relented but I am now wondering if she even did that and just re bagged our order so not to waste food. Now either retrain these incompetents or get new staff who will get things right.I'd also find a less belligerent and nasty manager If I or anyone gets sick from this experience I'm coming hard after this restaurant, which btw we will NEVER come to again. They served the people in front of me at the drive thru and when we attempted to order they told us they didnt have enough employees to run the store and that they were closed. So I said "online it says you don't close until midnight why are you closing 3 hours early at a random time" and the employee replied "I'm just doing what my manager told me" and I said "so you just stop serving people mid way through the drive through because I just watched you serve the people in front of me" and the employee said "yes sorry just doing what my manager had told me to do" and I informed them that this is the 3rd time I have come by here and they closed several hours earlier than they were supposed to and that I will be filing another complaint and the employee said "that's fine" and I drove off.    Read moreA couple of weeks ago we ordered a French Dip on door dash from Arby's on 1st street in Bradenton. Didn't get our au jus or any Arby's sauce. When my wife called Arby's they told her we didn't get the au jus because it was not included with the French Dip and was an extra charge. Tonight we tried again. Ordered on Door Dash again. My wife even called Arby's and told them we had a order and ask them to make sure they added it. Our food was delivered and no au jus, no swiss cheese on my French Dip and ordered a cookie that wasn't there either. Tonight my wife called Arby's to complain and they hung up on her. I drove to Arby's to speak with manager. Walked in and stood at the counter for several minutes before an employee sitting at a table called out for someone. Manager listened to what I had to say, No apologies or remorse for anything. Just poured my au jus, put it and bag with some sauce and all she said was it was supposed to come with the French Dip.
