I walk into your store at the Ellenton outlets 4/10. The two young ladies helped the lady before me when it was my turn they walk away from me and never said a word. When I asked for help after waiting for them to acknowledge us they said I had to wait. I said I would just like the pretzels that were sitting in the little windows right here and they refused to help us and said we had to wait 10 minutes so they can butter pretzels. I said but I would like these right here and they refused me again.

So we walked out. When we walked out the woman with dark hair shrugged her shoulders and laughed. So I took a picture of her and she was very proud and posed for me. I thought you...

The pretzels? They're great. The service and even corporate needs to learn better customer service skills.

Auntie Anne's rolls out this awesome rewards system , scan your phone and collect rewards and earn free pretzels! Great! However, my location's scanner stopped working about a year after this started. It goes on about a year they never plan to fix it. I contact corporate , they do nothing.

I go back to the same location and ask if they fixed the scanner , the new employee tells me , that it's never been broken , they must have lied to...

My favorite place for pretzels. I love Auntie Anne's pretzels. The staff at this location was very friendly. It was amazing to see a young lady (seems to be a manager or assistant manager), she was very efficient, taken care of every aspect of the business... From making sure the shop has enough items to sells, she was training someone, making pretzels and caring for customers and staff all while keeping her cool....
