Big Rocco's Pizza Express — Restaurant in Florida

We previously ordered over $100 worth of pizza and wings a few weeks ago, food was great. Had uber eats deliver as usual. Decided to reorder through uber eats and that's where we had a problem. On my account it has the address, apt number, my phone number and a delivery note that tells the driver to call me before arriving so I can let them through the gate. I continued waiting about 2 hrs since the $80 order was placed, telling the tracker it wasn't here yet. I then requested an update. I called the restaurant and she said the driver had been at the gate calling me for more than 30 mins. This is a lie. Driver never called me. I had phone in my hand since the order was placed as not to miss the phone call. No one ever called. She then wanted to talk over me and argue because she knew they messed up. I had to request a refund because I was not going to have my kids and I eat cold food. I am getting very tired of dishonest restaurants and their delivery drivers. They don't accept responsibility for their mistakes and trie to rectify them. They just start being ugly over the phone and won't let you talk and they hang up. Poor customer service. Will not be ordering from them again. They have lost a customer. And that is sad because the food is good. But customer service is very important. Thought this place would be nice, but was immediately proven wrong. We ordered drinks which we got fast, and the band was setting up to play. After we ordered, we asked for a water. Took 10 min and the waiter kept dodging the table and almost avoiding the path where we sat. Food came out, and was slammed on the table and she turned away quickly. Then the pizza. Took a slice and the pizza was so soggy, the toppings fell off. After 20 min, we finally got a water from a DIFFERENT waiter who reached over the bar, to grab a glass which wasn’t even sitting where the washed glasses were and filled it up. Was not asked how the food was or not checked on the whole time. Had to stand up and get down from our table after waiting for a check, and that’s the only time they wanted to pay attention to our table. 52 dollars later for some shitty food. If I could give this 0 stars I would. First of all it’s a gas station! Secondly, the workers are dirty! Theirs of all they are so busy flirting with customers instead of paying attention to the orders being placed. First I get the wrong pizza. Got all the way to my car and someone came running out because they gave us her pizza. We go inside and they proceed to give me another pizza. The pizza was raw still. It was cold and the toppings weren’t cooked. Let me add that the pizza got stuck when taking it out the over so he felt it was okay to serve me a pizza that had a side ripped off! Now the wings, old, hard and when the meat starts turning white bc it’s old, yup that’s how it looked! Totally disturbing and they should be ashamed for serving food that way!
