Boston Bagel Cafe — Restaurant in Florida

Terrible service I walked in grabbed a menu two couples walked in followed by another gentleman one went directly to counter while other couple wondered around looking at stuff the first couple finished ordering I hopped behind them before they finished. they finished then the other couple comes out of no where and just skips me. Then another customer comes in and hops behind them and I have to basically force my way in between them to get my order taken. 2 POS systems only one person working the register taking orders then I asked for a "big papi" on a everything bagel with no syrup. Little did I know there was powdered sugar on it. This was not clarified in the menu where the item is listed it also came out with the syrup that I did not want so someone isn't reading tickets now I'm sorry to say the sandwich was okay the only part I didn't like was the sausage which had a microwave consistency and taste not sure if I will be returning when the girl brought me the food the second time after I brought it back the had an attitude and told me "next time say you don't want powdered sugar" I said okay, and again the syrup was on my tray. I said to her "I asked for no syrup". she told me "well it wasn't on my ticket" immediately got turned off to this place was. Going to ask for refund but didn't think I was going to get a good result because all the staff seemed to be unprofessional and didn't want to...

I hate to leave a bad review for a small business but I had to write this one due to the absolute terrible experience I had today. I placed an order through their website today (Plain bagel with Tuna). When I arrived to pickup the order they said they didn’t have any order for me. I showed them the emailed receipt and they were saying they don’t have anything but they will quickly make my order. They also were saying that I didn’t pay them which I did (I paid them online through their own website). About 5 minutes later they said “we’re out of tuna” and had me pick a different item. I ended up just getting a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese. They couldn’t issue a partial refund so I ended up just having them give me 2 muffins and we called it even. The muffins were literally as hard as a rock. They were unbelievably stale I couldn’t eat them. The bagel wasn’t toasted which I asked them to toast it, and it kept crumbling and falling apart. The staff had to get the owner involved when it came to looking for my order in their system and he was just so rude/short answered. He was saying they weren’t at fault since I ordered online through their website. Just a terrible experience and I won’t be going back. They used to be really good about a year ago… not sure if the owners changed but what...

I really wanted to like this place because I like their bagels… but I got a completely incorrect order, and couldn’t even eat it. I ordered and egg and cheese croissant, hash browns, and a bagel with cream cheese. I got an egg and bacon on a bagel, the same kind of bagel I ordered separately. I was charged for the full order. I confirmed my name when I picked up and announced that it was a door dash order. She just gave me someone else’s order (she says) and said she never got a door dash order when I called back to tell her it was wrong. Like what do you mean? I paid. You guys are on door dash. How does this happen? I called 10 mins later. How was this mistake not caught before I left? I added a coffee as well when I got there and literally said “it wasn’t an option in DoorDash.” It was the only order sitting there, I gave my name and I attempted to show her my doordash order on my phone but she wasn’t listening. I don’t even eat bacon, and the grease was on everything so I couldn’t eat it. I not only paid but went out of my way to get this this morning and now I have no breakfast. And when I called to tell her I got a wrong order I didn’t get any offer to make it right whatsoever, she literally just said, well what can you do?
