I started attending Little Buddha’s Yoga for the Mommy and Me yoga class. I wanted to start exercising but was having trouble finding a gym I could attend and bring my 1 year old son with me. After our first class I signed up for a 6 month membership. Mary provides childcare during many of the classes that are not meant for children to attend, making it so easy for me to bring my son along to the gym. I started in January with the intention of trying to get in shape and just take better care of myself. I took my measurements at the beginning of March and just took them again, at the beginning of April, to track my progress. I’ve lost an inch off my waist, calves and arms, and lost half an inch of my thighs and hips. Not only am I feeling healthier and better about my body but my mind is feeling healthier as well. Read moreI have attended the Mommy and Me Gymnastics class with my toddler and 8 month old (both of them at the same time) and really loved it. Also loved the little tumblers, Mommy and Me Yoga so far. Ms. Mary has a gift for helping toddlers shine, try new things, and making the experience fun for all. She has a small play area outside the exercise studio which is well stocked with games and puzzles and fun stuff for kids if you use the babysitting services during class. The toddler classes and Mommy and Me classes are great. She is caring and fun, the studio is clean, and my kids and I leave feeling like we did something really fun together. Read moreI have been practicing yoga 2 or 3 times a week with Mary for a year now and also had a few pilates and power plate classes. Mary is certainly the best teacher I ever had. She has an amazing and beautiful energy and however tired I am when I start the class, I end it full of energy and ready to start my day. I also really enjoy the fact that she uses aromatherapy during and at the end of the class and sometimes also massages during the practice. She keeps the classes small, she is very flexible and adapts her class to the need of the students attending the class.
