Positives - Food - very good. We ordered dahi papdi and papdi chaat, and they were delicious. The butter naans were hot and soft, and the butter chicken was just right. They understand the spice levels pretty well, so kudos for that. I have a 5 year old and 18 month old, and they both ate the food. No complaints, and thats huge for us. Location - good with ample parking Ambience - Excellent . Loved the way the tables were sized. There are booths, tables, large settings for large parties. Decor was very relaxing. Service - We went in for dinner at around 8:30 p.m., and their last call for the night was at 9:30. The servers and wait staff were very courteous. Fluent in conversational English, Hindi, Telugu etc . Wait time after our large order was less than 10 mins.
The high chairs and the clean restrooms were a plus Additionally - they have a liquor license, so you can pair your food with some beer or wine or even hard liquor.
Met Raj, the proprietor of the place. Great guy, helpful and courteous.
Cons - Not really a con. But since I'm an avid lover of Indian food and I try new Indian restaurants all the time, I did feel that the portion sizes for the entrees could have been a tad larger, maybe by about 4-6 oz.
Good luck to Dasara, wish you all the success and the best quality...

For instance, a waitress argued with a customer about remaking a dish to accommodate a food allergy, refusing a refund even after the customer stormed out. Food Quality and Preparation: Serving cold or undercooked food, or having foreign objects in meals, such as a metal bolt in Dauphinoise potatoes or dead roaches in soup buns. In one case, a customer found a strand of hair in their steak, highlighting the need for quality control. Order Mishaps and Inconsistencies: Frequent mistakes with orders, such as receiving wrong dishes or poorly prepared replacements. Some restaurants have also been known to mismanage reservations or have inadequate portion sizes. Staff Behavior and Attitude: Unfriendly, inattentive, or even racist staff can ruin the dining experience. Examples include a barmaid rolling her eyes at a customer's request, a waitress texting while taking orders, or a server having a loud argument in front of customers. Lack of Accountability and Apologies: Failing to take responsibility for mistakes, not apologizing, or blaming customers for their dissatisfaction can exacerbate negative...

We’re visiting from Tennessee and this was our very first dinner stop after landing! I’m so glad we chose this place! The atmosphere is gorgeous: green and gold decor with plants hanging from the ceiling created such a warm, inviting vibe.
Our favorite was the appetizer pani puri! They were bursting with flavor and such a fun way to start the meal. The butter naan was also amazing! It was soft, buttery, and the perfect complement to our entrees. Which we ordered a butter chicken and Andhra chicken curry and they were absolutely fabulous! We finished the meal with masala tea and mango lassi, both of which hit the spot.
The overall pricing for 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, naan and 2 drinks came out to about $75 before tip. But we found this very reasonable for the top tier quality, portion size, and the kind service we received. We left very full (with leftovers), happy, and already talking about coming back.
We’re very sad they’re not located in Tennessee, but this will definitely be a stop every time we fly into Fort Lauderdale!
Thank you for making our first night into town...
