This pizzeria is one of the best here in Boca Raton , My Father Introduced Me To This Place And I Became A Customer Instantly Very Good Pizza And Very Good Price . You Can Tell It Is A Family Owned Business Which Is Great . I Speak English And Spanish When I Usually Order I Talk In Spanish My First Language Because I Know The Cashier Speaks Spanish As Well And She Has Taken My Orders In The Past .

Today November 20 I Went At Around 7 Pm To Place A Order For A Small Size Pizza With Extra Sauce What I Always Order To Go ( Take Out) , I Spoke In Spanish She Responded In English Which Was Kind Of Weird But I Didn't Care Because Im Fluent As Well In English But She Was Way Too Rude , I Tried To Confirm My Order Too See If She Got It Right And She Complete Ignored Me Like If I Wasn't Speaking Too Her .

I Honestly Didn't Like Her Attitude And Felt Kind Of Humiliated And Asked If I Could Get A Refund And Then I Got Her Attention She Told Me She Could Process The Refund But It Would Take 3 Business Day So I Preffered To Just Tolerate The Situation And Be Patient ( Keep In Mind I Was Calm And Nice The Whole Time ) . Once They Called Me To Pick Up My Order At The Counter It Was All Wrong It Was 1 ( one ) Slice Of Pizza .

The rating is specifically for the pizza. For about 10 years my parents have ordered an XL Cheese pizza every Friday; that's about as good as that sentence will get. The customer service isn't the best but this is Boca and most of us are rude ourselves or deal with rude personalities more often than we would like. Anytime I walk in as a customer I receive a nice greeting, over the phone is what makes the difference - always asked to be on hold. Other than it being expensive the pizza is very good. Prices found on the internet aren't correct, a slice costs $2.65, and a large cheese pie is $13.95. Yes, they need a serious update but if you're looking for NY Pizza then it's exactly what you'll get, even in the ambience. I can't think of many places in NY that don't just have a few tables, a counter for serving and everything visible so stop expecting a restaurant, it's a pizzeria. Brooklyn Boys has the best flavor of any pizza in the Boca Raton area, but their cooking is very inconsistent. I always, ALWAYS order pizza well done. I do not like my crust soft. I want it crispy on the bottom and the edge. A week or two ago I ordered an XLG pepperoni pie well done. It was delivered PERFECT. Tonight i ordered an XLG pie with xtra cheese & xtra pepperoni WELL DONE. It was delivered so NOT WELL DONE that it was actually doughy, which was quiet unpleasant to eat. How difficult is it really to write down what the customer orders and/or, having written it down, to read it and prepare the food as requested? Honestly, I'd be willing to wait a little longer to have it delivered the way I want it. I could just order from another pizzeria, but I'd really prefer not to and I don't believe going elsewhere would teach them to cook their food as ordered.
