Our food was amazing! The pesto sauce over that free range chicken was out of control! They have a delicious cilantro sauce that you can pour over your rice! The sweet potato was spot on and baked to perfection, the avocado (unlike other restaurants) was actually fresh, green and tasted so creamy and delicious! Darwin, made us feel right at home, we ordered the vegan banana cake and he saved it for us until the end, warmed it and cut it in slices and served it to us after we finished our meal. He brought the cake and my husband’s coffee together after he noticed we finished. He literally made us feel so at home! We felt the hospitality in this restaurant so deep. Thank you again! Arrived at 7:45 today (2/4, Sunday). The cashier (big guy) was typing away at his phone, didn’t acknowledge me. Had to tell him my order twice and his phone never left his hand. When it came time to pay, he slammed his phone on the counter to collect my money. If my wife wasn’t hungry I’d have left instantly. Whoever is running the place needs to address this attitude. Your prices are outrageous on the delivery apps and in person- the customer service is atrocious. Your cashier needs a reality check. I get that times are tough and people need jobs so I’m not looking to get anyone fired but he needs to be spoken to and taught how to treat...

This location constantly screws up the orders. I had a negative review here prior after three orders in a row (delivery and two pickup) the preparers failed to put salad dressing in the bag. On the second the kid even lied and said it was in the bag when it wasn’t. Later on I gave you another chance and deleted the negative review. A few orders were fine but previous order for a chicken cibatta and they gave me tuna. Today no dressing for the salad again. I never have these problems at Just Salad, Panera or other places. Clearly Carrot Express just can’t run a professional fast casual restaurant. I’m done with...
