I LOVE PLAYA BOWLS ACAI SHOP!!! There are A LOT of Acai/smoothie stores in the Boca Raton area and of all the many options of a smoothie shop, this one IS THE BEST. (Personally, I've tried as many as I've seen.) The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful, along with visibly being able to see the pride they take in what they create. THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE I'VE EVER BEEN WHERE WHAT YOU ORDER LOOKS JUST LIKE ITS PICTURE ON THE MENU AND TASTES AS GREAT (or better) AS THEY LOOK!!! I was speaking to Morgan, whom I came to find out is the manager, about the health benefits of plenty of items and she was patient and very helpful in explaining them ALL to me. (Bless her heart) I also fell in love with the atmosphere... It feels like I just walked into a beachside shop, after crushing the waves all day, to get replenished. The vibe of the PLAYA BOWLS ACAI SHOP is perfect. From the beachy music, to the artsy chairs and tables, the entire menu beautifully drawn on the wall, and each wall gorgeously hand-painted... I could spend all day there. I've gone every day since I've discovered THE BEST SMOOTHIE/ACAI BOWL SHOP EVER!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TO ALL!! ☆☆☆☆GENUINELY ☆☆☆☆ P.S. I mentioned my daughter having a sore throat and they informed me of the best mixture for her to aid in getting well naturally. I went here today 1/23/24 at around 3:30-4pm. I came here 1 time before and the service and açaí bowls were great so I decided to come back again. When I spoke to the cashier which was a young guy he was very helpful I asked him if I could put some add ons to my açaí bowl and have an extra side of honey (specifically said extra honey on the side) and I paid for it, had no problem doing that. Once my order was ready, I asked the young guy can I get the side of honey. The blonde chunky girl in the back that made the bowls said I put it on top rudely. Walked outside, decided that since I paid for the extra side plus left a $6 tip I should go back inside and ask for the honey. Walked back in, blonde girl was reprimanding young guy saying not to let the customers walk on over them by asking for extra things and not paying for them. I waited a couple min for her to finish her little speech then asked the guy to please give me the extra side of honey I paid for. At this point it’s the principle. As he’s pouring it she’s over his shoulder telling him it’s way more than enough honey. Why all the aggression towards me and my girlfriend I have no clue. Neither of us were rude, don’t know the girl so we don’t understand why there was so much hostility over...

I just had the most wonderful experience at playa bowls thanks to the incredible girls Jess, Camila, and Gabby! Every time I walk in, their outstanding service is evident. They greeted everyone with genuine warmth and big smiles, making the atmosphere so inviting. Not only were they super efficient in whipping up delicious smoothies as always specified and their care for each customer truly stands out. They took the time to answer questions, offer recommendations, and even remembered my preferences from a previous visit. It's clear they genuinely enjoy what they do. And their wonderful attitudes were infectious! Even during a busy rush, they remained positive, energetic, and completely unruffled.
