Pei Wei Asian Kitchen — Restaurant in Parkland

I am leaving this review because I am very disappointed in the customer service between not only the store but their delivery service Uber. I placed an order this week and last week both times my order was canceled no reason why. I called the store and Uber am on the phone for over an hour probably a good hour and a half, and not one person resolved my issue. I asked for a re-delivery they could not do that for me and so I went without lunch, paid for my order and I lost my free item that I used from spending all the money I have a Pei Wei . When I called the store they told me to call Uber when I called Uber they told me to call the store, the guy I spoke to at Payway literally told me he handed the guy my order and then the guy canceled my order afterwords. When the guy told me he handed the delivery guy my order he said that it had not shown up on his system and he had to manually put it in, so he put my order and my money in the delivery drivers hands without any knowledge at all of my order being canceled. Then when I spoke with Uber they said they could not contact the delivery driver, had no communication with Pei wei and told me I would have to deal with them. There was no communication through Uber or Pei Wei neither one of them could give me a re-delivery I’m having to wait for a refund and wait for my credit to go back on my account. I think it’s poor customer service when they give you no resolution at all except to wait a few days for your money to come back, and when I spoke to all of them every single one of them was rude and had an attitude. Don’t ever order from the Pei Wei because they will jip you....

I was 15 mins away from the store when I decided to call the store and place an order to go so I could eat before going to work .... I was on hold on the phone during all 15 mins, and when I parked in front of the store, the phone call went from hold to a voice machine telling me to leave a vm. As soon as I got inside the store I told the girl who take the order that I was waiting on the phone for 15 mins from someone to take my order ..she just open her eyes like wow and took my order.. I saw in the kitchen only 1 cook and a manager, the office manager was . Francine .. I overheard her name being called out ... I had to wait for another 15 mins for my order to be ready because they had other online big order, also when they gave me the bag, there were no napkins .. no fortune cookies.. no utensils... I had to return to the store to get all this that was missing in the to go order ... or you need more employees, or you can't promote you to take orders over the phone when you don't, and the waiting time was crucial.. you all need to review these issues because it makes the experience of your place not that great..the food was ok, but service and concern for customer time was really not taken into consideration.. no one offers an apology or a discount for the time wasted..not sure if I would like to return...

Due to so much inconsistency on my food, I had an ordered here in about four months. Last night I was craving it decided to give them another chance what a mistake the menu did not say that general tso chicken is no longer white meat chicken. They substitute the cheap brown meat, which I totally want to throw up when I see it. The cooks have changed hands. They don’t know what they’re doing. There was so much chili flakes no sauce you couldn’t even enjoy the meal. It went in the garbage my friend ordered the chicken lo mein her chicken was also brown meat. They put a little bit of white meat to try and trick you also very dry & no taste. we also ordered a little side of fried rice. Dry and tasteless. I called about my general tso chicken, I don’t remember the girls name that answered the phone. She was very pleasant and apologized and said yes they change to brown meat. She would have to notify IT to fix the menu online and offered a refund. I never said anything about the other order because my friend wasn’t here yet, and we had an opened it until after no matter, I’m just disgusted. Everything was thrown in the garbage. Total waste of my hard earned money very sad. I discovered Pei Wei in Chandler Arizona many years ago and the company has changed hands and ruined a good thing. It was totally different...
