Place has good food. The problem is that they are too greedy and allow themselves to be overwhelmed by Uber Eats orders. So the wait is very long and the food quality is inconsistent. A couple of weeks ago I ordered a medium well Greek Burger. It not only came raw purple color but was so dry you could only assume it had been cooked HOURS before it was served to me. Spoke on the phone with the owner Victor and was told to come in next time and he would make it right. I went in a few days ago for a Gyro and asked for Victor. He was standing right there but when I asked to speak to him I was told he wasn’t there. So obviously this is something they do often. Provide terribly prepared food, make promises to make right and then hide when the customer actually comes in. That isn’t good business practice. I ended up ordering a Gyro anyway cause I was hungry. It was good but took nearly a half hour to get because they had 20 Uber eats orders on the screen. All the takeout customers we’re just standing around miserable. Now I know why that...

Advertises Gluten Free. Does not know nor understand Gluten Free. Then they went and got a gentleman from the back who pulled out an allergen map, told the staff they need to learn it and went to the back again. I ordered off that…. Took out food to go… got home to find that they put pita on my kebabs and lemon potatoes. I called and they said they would remake it….now I have to drive back.

The food was not even started when I arrived (9 min drive) and when they tried to explain to the person cooking, he must have (I did not see this but tried reading the situation) put pita on it again because they all seemed to try to stop him and try explaining again.

At this point I simply wanted a refund and felt like I had to fight for that. They could not refund to my form of payment, had to give me cash back.

Will not return.

First time at this place, we had a Bogo coupon. But we decided to purchase two different entrées. The Gyro was delicious .. plenty of lamb and dressing. The dressing was piled high on top of the gyro, so by the time you got to the meat, we needed more Taziki sauce. The second entrée was a Greek salad with chicken skewer. The chicken was very dry and overcooked. The salad dressing was very good. The service was somewhat lame. They did not bring both entrées out of the same time so by the time the second entrée came, my boyfriend was halfway done with his meal. We had to ask for silverware and napkins. We also ordered rice pudding which was delivered to our table without a spoon to eat it. Needless to say, I had to go back to the counter and wait for a spoon. The flavor of the pudding was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for the delicious food. Service can be improved with some training on "how to pay attention to details".
