Came by here today with my son

The service was great. The young lady at the counter was very nice and attentive. She was patient with my 3 year old and with what he wanted to eat

We ordered a burger. And a side beef patty for my son. The food was delicious and fresh. The truffle fries were fireeeeee.

We will definitely be coming by here again. The ambiance was very relaxing , and chill.

I love the fact that they attend you with as many sauces as you like. They're not stingy. We got like 5 sauces. Loved them all.

I highly recommend coming here. These burgers were juicy.

5/15/2022Previous review DAMNNN this place is delicious !!!! Wowwww. Hoy the juicy smashed burger with bacon and it hit the spot.

We also go the double truffle fries. Let me tell you.... Best truffle fries we have ever had. I'm very picky with my food and wow these were great.

Highly recommend it. There's a lot of parking and the staff is very friendly

There are so many good things to choose from on their menu. They have a variety of foods and have vegetarian and gluten free options. Their queso frito bowl is to die for!

When we started ordering she wouldn't even look at us in the face. She was just looking at the computer. We asked her if the food came with drinks because it was our first time here and she looked at us so annoyed and just so nasty. Before leaving I asked an employee for her name and he said kika.

Late review:

I was lucky to be invited to their grand opening. I've actually heard many good things about Burbowl even before this location opened so it's been on my radar.

We started with the sides including the fries, onion rings, fried yuquita, and some crispy wings. Everything was delicious and super crispy plus they were surprisingly not too greasy. Also, it didn't have that burnt oil taste so they must use high-quality oil. For the main entrees, I got the Juicy Doggy with melted cheddar and a Miami Bowl with Black Angus Meat. My friend ordered the Hustler Burger with double 4 oz. Black Angus on a pretzel bun. We basically just shared everything and again, no complaints here. The burger was juicy and flavorful. The bowl was filling and the sauce was on point. The hotdog had a nice snap and was super tasty. It wasn't on the small size either. The real main attraction here is the affordability and freshness. Most burgers and bowls are less than $10 and the sides are less than $5. And don't forget to add some dessert. I got the Oreo Cookie shake but I couldn't finish it because I was painfully full..lol :)

Burbowl is a great addition to the FIU area and I wish they would open one closer to my job in Coral Gables. I would probably eat lunch here twice a week cause again, the food is good and easy...

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I love about 30 minutes from BurBowl but I order from there all the time because we love the food. I ordered an order for pick up for myself, my wife, and 2 kids. I went in and picked it up. They gave me my the food in a big paper bag that was stapled shut. When I got home I realized that they forgot my kid's food. My wife left our house and asked me to call. The "manager" (she refused to give me her name), gave me major attitude. She basically called me a liar. I asked if I could return the whole meal and have it remade because by the time my wife gets there and drives back it will have been an hour or more. The manager refused to accommodate this, I believe, reasonable request. I wasn't asking for anything free. Just for a mistake to be corrected. Horrible customer service. What kills me the most was the inability to admit to a simple mistake that anyone could make and basically accuse me of lying to get 4...
