Couldn't have been more ecstatic to find out that a Chinese hot pot restaurant was finally opening in Miami. Being Asian, I have been a long time fan of hot pot. Ended up coming here for my first time the day after New Years since it was one of the few restaurants open and immediately became a huge fan of the restaurant! For just being opened, the restaurant already seemed to be filled with many Asian students from FIU though we didn't have to wait for a table.
Both times I've been, the food is always phenomenal and in such large portions that I have a second meal after my leftovers. Their menu offers a couple of appetizers and a vast array of hot pot soups with so many variances that anyone could find a flavor that they like! The first time I was there I started with the Cumin Lamb $5.95 appetizer and got the Sichuan Hot Flavor Hot Soup $17.99 to share with my boyfriend. The Cumin Lamb was flavorful and pretty spicy which I enjoyed. We had leftover that we added to our soup when it came which turned out to be delicious! The Sichuan Hot Soup was phenomenal and my favorite one I've eaten there thus far---- it was just so flavorful, packed with so many things, and a little larger than the cheaper ones.
My second time there, I started with the baby octopus appetizer then I had the Beef Hot Soup $13.99 while my boyfriend ordered the Kimchi Dumpling Hot Soup $13.99. The baby octopus is a must order appetizer since its hand downs one of the best I ever had and was served Japanese style. I would still highly recommend the beef hot soup as a starter if you've never had hot soup since it has: nappa cabbage, beef slices, vermicelli noodles, enoki mushrooms, taro, tomato, tofu, tempura, corn, meatballs, crabmeat, clams, and cilantro! My boyfriend and I enjoyed the kimchi too but only order if you really love kimchi!
Seriously love this place and will be returning with more friends in tow since its the perfect place for all of you to share a couple together! They also have Asian coconut milk desserts which are...

The service is decent with occasional language barriers. When they brought us a bowl, we didn't understand which bowl it was, so we couldn't determine whose this bowl belonged to. We just asked again and they were very polite and helped us figure it out. Not a big deal!
We ordered the Thai Tom Yum, Thai Flavor Hot Soup, and a ramen from the specialty menu. Portions are LARGE, you have been warned! I didn't mind because I like having leftover soup for the next day.
Thai Tom Yum: This bowl was packed full of seafood goodies to include 3 large prawns and some imitation crab meat (better than most I've tasted).
Thai Flavor Hot Soup: This bowl had a really nice flavor, I ordered it spicy, and the hot didn't overpower the flavor. The broth and the beef was amazing.
The ramen: (I forgot the name) was high quality, like everything else I've tasted on this visit, and cooked to perfection.
I also drank one of their lovely fruit smoothie type drinks, the Kiwi one, very delicious, good balance of flavors, tart and sweet.
This is my second time eating here and I definitely will be...
