Staffs were extremely rude to me today, I was a regular there and enjoyed their food but for some reason today they had a glitch to not be able to sell their whoppers at lunch hour, I had to wait through the drive through for about 15 mins till I got out of my car and request that they tended a customer ahead of me to move their car because they had issues with their order as well and I couldn’t reverse or exit the drive through.
When I confronted the staff to kindly handle the situation she told me that I was being rude, however this staff Epi by drive through did not see the situation in the back where we had customers coming by trying to order food at lunch hour!
In the end no one wins not the restaurant, not the customers waiting for their food and definitely not our bellies, today was the only day I actually see a Burger King not being able to sell their burgers, able to manage a situation where they totally could’ve solved it easily by asking their clients to move their vehicles to the side and the team having the audacity to call their customers rude and not have any sense of courtesy/ being able to hold themselves accountable for their actions. I’ll be buying my food elsewhere.
Two customers behind me were much more nice and understanding than the team serving me today by backing up their cars when all that was needed was for the customer in front to move their car to the side of the restaurant to get their ordered revised. It is ridiculous to have to back up all the way from the curves potentially not only damaging my car, the curbs but also put your own customers health and safety at risk there with traffic...
Read moreEvery time I go to this Burger King it’s really frustrating, they don’t have a lot of thing like nuggets or shakes or the order isn’t complete when i arrive to home. Now, I ordered a shake and the girl told me that they don’t have shake, cause the machine is out of service, it’s not cause I bought 4 hours ago a shake, its just that the machine was cleaned before time like every single day, that’s the reason, making the client upset because they can’t order what they want cause the employees turn it off the machine and the Burger King close at 12. Also sometimes they make the client wait parked at the front door till 15-20 min. The employees there, like this 2 girls, they don’t have the right customer service and respect to the customer. They were listening music and singing, reason why she took wrong my order and had to pay me back the extra. Also, I said to her that every time is a bad experience going there and she answer: then, why are you here? laughing. Burger King you should do something with this. Read moreI went to this burger king because you can have it your way sometimes, lol. I asked the young man if I could have fresh fries and fresh onion rings from when I walked in. I observed the fries sitting there with the onion rings for 8 to 10 minutes before it was my turn to order. When I placed my order and asked for fresh fries and onion rings, the young man said sure. A minute later, I saw him grab an onion ring with a plastic tool and eat it to check how fresh it was not bit thats not the way to do ot and he was having a full conversationover the food with an older ladybthat was so short she was level withbthe food. He then asked the cook to drop more fries and onion rings, which she did. However, the person packing the bags tje older lady didn't seem to care and gave me cold fries and onion rings, as if she didn't care that I asked for fresh food.
