BurgerFi — Restaurant in Florida

We went here to have lunch (about 45 mins after they opened) . We were excited about and had really high expectations. We went in and ordered out food. I ordered the ultimate bacon cheese burger, fries and 3 chicken strips with honey mustard and a drink. My wife ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, fries and a drink. Total was almost $50 which we thought was pricey compared to similar burger joints. We were given our receipt and drink cups. I went to get ketchup from the ketchup dispenser and realized that both containers were completely empty. I signal the cashier and they grabbed the container and told me that they’re going to fill it. Several minutes past and I wanted to get the condiments prepared before my food came out. I had to remind the cashier that there was no ketchup, and she mentioned that they were working on it. I’m not sure why to catchup dispensers were empty being that they had just opened up. It seems to me that that would’ve been one of the first things they checked in the morning. As I was waiting for the ketchup and my food to come out, I wanted to get mellow yellow out of the soda machine went to go fill my cup up, and the liquid came out completely clear with no flavor. This meant that they didn’t check the soda machines either when they opened in the morning. I had to switch my soda flavor. After several minutes, I finally got ketchup and then walked back over to my table where my wife was in realize that they brought out half the food. They brought out the chicken tenders in both orders of fries with no honey mustard. I’m not sure why they thought that we wanted to eat fries or have them sit and get cold until our burgers came out. I ate my chicken tenders first and then after about 10 minutes the burgers finally came out Now the fries were room temperature. I asked the cashier when I ordered my food if the burgers were well done and she assured me that all burgers come well done. Welp, got my burger, and it was medium well still had pink In the inside. Burger had no seasoning and meat was not of any quality. I thought to myself $50 for two burgers, two orders of fries, two drinks and three chicken strips. We should be getting better service. We usually go to Culvers and they never disappoint. But we decided to give burger a try this week. We realized that the same amount of food that we ordered a BurgerFi if we ordered it at Culver’s, it would only came up to $23. We won’t be eating at...

5 stars all around!!! If you're looking for a place to enjoy great food, good atmosphere, and wonderful service, Burger Fi Lake Nona is your place. I thoroughly enjoyed dining at Burger Fi Lake Nona with my family. As soon as you walk into the restaurant you're greeted with warm smiles and people ready to serve. I visited with my family of 10 and the service we received was phenomenal! 9/10 family members are vegetarian and Burger Fi has great vegetarian options and something the entire family can enjoy. We ordered 9 Veggie Fi Burger combos, 1 cheeseburger combo, chicken tenders, onion rings and fries. The food was flavorful and very satisfying. During our dining experience, we met some members of the management team. Kudos to Mark for visiting our table and taking time to speak with my entire family and making us feel so welcomed. The staff was also courteous and very accommodating to our vegetarian request and was very great at customer service. I have never in all my years experienced such wonderful customer service; shout out to Isabel and Andrea for being such great servers and a joy to be around. I look forward to visiting again and making this one of my favorite dining places.
