This place is HORRIBLE. I would strongly discourage ever going here. The staff and management are extremely unprofessional.
My husband and I walked in today (05/02/2021 at 11:30 am) and we were told they could take us right away. They put us in the pedicure chairs and told us it would only be a couple of minutes. My pedicure started after 15 minutes of waiting (which was acceptable to me), but my sweet husband waited over an hour and then finally walked out after two other people who walked in after we did were being serviced but he was not....
As mentioned above, two other women who walked in after my husband had were tended to, but my husband was not even though he had been waiting FIRST (for over an hour). I asked the staff, why is it that you are serving them but not my husband? The woman in charge said we're sorry we will give 20% off. At that point, my husband refused to come back into the salon out of principal and waited in the car since we drove together. It was extremely rude and unprofessional behavior on behalf of the nail staff. My pedicure had already begun, so I couldn't leave.
I was told we would get 20% off for our troubles. When I went to check out, they refused to honor the 20% off, saying it was only for my husband....
During my manicure, the technician was texting the entire time and it looks like a 5-year-old painted my nails. Just a terrible experience on all levels. I will have to get my nails redone tomorrow as we are taking pregnancy announcement photos and my nails look downright embarrassing. I could have done a better job with my eyes closed at home.
I am so angry that I had to pay for this terrible service and unprofessional behavior. It was a horrible experience and made me very upset to be treated so poorly.
I will NEVER come back here again and will advise all my friends and family to STAY AWAY from this terrible place. DO...
Read moreThis was my first time ever receiving a manicure and I informed the nail tech. The fact that even I, never having my nails done before, can tell what a poor job looks like speaks for the quality of work that was done. First, she filed my nails extremely uneven, the hands don’t match and they’re just in random shapes. I gave her the numbers to the colors I picked and she gave me the wrong color. This is my fault, I should’ve told her but I was discouraged when her coworker came over and they started laughing at the colors. They started speaking a different language in front of me but kept mentioning the colors in English and laughing and making faces. She never cut or cleaned my cuticles which I thought was standard for a manicure. She convinced me to do dip, and the quality of the dip was fine, but the real kicker was she did not do the whole nail. The entire edge of all my nails are unpainted and you can see scrapes in the color where she buffed it out. The color has a huge gap between my cuticle up to where it starts. It’s hard to describe but I will include pictures. There was no clean up after either. So 2 days later, I still have color dyed around some of my fingers. I know waiting for nails to dry is boring but sitting in front of someone you’re working on, and scrolling through Facebook is kind of rude. I did not complain or request them to be redone because I did not want to waste my time and I didn’t feel comfortable with her trying again. This experience made me uncomfortable and it makes me never want to do my nails again. I don’t know if it was this one person who just did not care about the work she was doing because the place was busy. Non-stop appointments coming in and people who appeared to be regulars. Sadly I didn’t get a good first impression like they did and I don’t plan...
Read moreI never write bad reviews, but I feel like this experience deserves one. I went in with a picture of simple French nails with a pink base. Right away, the nail tech started cutting the tips to the length she chose without asking me. I had to stop her and explain that I prefer long nails. She said she could add length with acrylic, but it still wasn’t anywhere near what I originally wanted.
Next, she started applying the acrylic base, which looked almost white instead of the pink I showed her. When I politely asked if she would paint it before adding the French to match the photo, she seemed frustrated and told me the picture looked “more pink than it actually is.” I’ve gotten French nails many times before, so I knew what I was asking for wasn’t unreasonable.
She tried showing me other colors, but none matched what I wanted. I didn’t want to be difficult, so I compromised and picked one. She then put acetone and foil on my nails to remove the base, but partway through she called the manager over, switched seats, then came back again—it was very uncomfortable. By then, I decided to just go with the solid color and not do French anymore since the salon was already closing and the process was dragging out.
When she finished, my cuticles were untouched, and I had acrylic residue all over my fingers. Overall, the service felt rushed, unprofessional, and frustrating. If I could give zero stars, I would. I do not...
