If I could give zero stars i would. I had my partner pick up two drinks on the way home from a further location than normal. He placed an order for two match drinks one with mochi added and one with tapioca. When he arrived home we found that both drinks did not have the extra charged items included. On top of this the matcha was completely powered at the bottom leaving just flavorless liquid for the majority of the drink. As you can imagine this was extremely disappointing and we were not going to drink these. I called the location and asked for a manager to help me with this issue. The girl “Marina” on the phone told me she would put me on hold for a manager. She proceeded to leave the phone on while she told the manager or supervisor on shift what the situation was. She then picked up the phone and told me there was no manager and to have a good day. I asked her who she was just speaking to as i heard the whole conversation and she said just a coworker. I asked how they were able to have no one in the building authorized to do refunds in which she told me she can do refunds but she won’t do one for me because it is the customers responsibility to check that the order is correct before leaving??? How is it my responsibility to check that my order is correct when you are being paid to make it as ordered. Accuracy should be pushed on associates to fulfill every order. I have never been to an establishment that told me this. She then proceeds to tell me to try to call by another day for a refund? Why would I not be able to get one today but somehow another day?? That just doesn’t make sense. I am extremely displeased with this service and lack of care for the customer satisfaction and retention. And clearly based off of these previous reviews the teenage workers are learning form their disrespectful owner. zero stars....
Read moreFreshhhhh. Their main market is the high school across the street so this location is thriving. Current K-pop hits are a loud happy constant in the background; today a student at the next table sang along. 😊
Well-meaning but slightly insecure service from the kids running the front. I asked about lower calorie drinks and they looked panicked. They’ve only been open about a couple weeks and aren’t ready for an ahjumma to ask tough questions.
Moge Tee is different from other Taiwanese bubble tea cafes because rather than use powdered creamer they use real milk as a healthier alternative. Moge Tee also has a worldwide fan base with 300+ sites and its CEO, Li Zheng, is from China.
They offered the option of cutting the sugar by 50-30% and my tea was soooo good at 50% less sugar that next time I might cut it altogether. The fresh muddled strawberries made this drink the best!
This location is slightly less cute than their other location in Orlando but it has a huge fan base and cute enough seating inside and outside too. They’re busy here late into the night.
You can order at the kiosk or at the counter. Drink prices are higher than I’d expect for this niche.

Read moreI ordered a 50% sweetness level plain oolong tea without swirling the crème brûlée all over the sides of the container, and the girl who was preparing the order started doing the drink without even looking at the order, and even before I started paying at the counter, just because the place was empty with no orders she was working on already. I was shocked when I saw her preparing regular full sweetened tea with regular ice, container with swirled cream brûlée… She heard just what the drink was about and just blindly went to make it. When I asked her if she could give me 50% less sweetened tea instead, she had already mixed the drink with milk, so she tried to take out some ice, added water right in front of me, threw it in another container/ glass and left it at the pick up counter. No label on it!!!! I had to ask her if it was my drink!! She gave me a rude look for asking. Haven’t come across that kind of customer service before. I would recommend keeping an eye on your drink order if you...
