This review is a complaint about corp customer service but not a reflection of this location. I live near the West Boynton location and have been a very happy customer since they opened. Food is great but the people in the store are better. Always positive, helpful and keeps the restaurant very clean. A positive reflection on the ownership and management. That is why I gave 5 stars. My issue was a simple one. I made my normal order on 7/6/2022 on the way home. When I went in to pick it up, they didn’t have the order. I showed them the order which included using some rewards points. They told me that was not a problem. That it happens because it will pick a location near your location. You can look at my history and I never order from the gateway location. They said call the store and cancel and we will ring up the order here. I did and the gateway location canceled the order but said I would need to contact corp for the refund. I paid for my order in store at west Boynton, got my food and left. I have filled out the form 2 times each time checking the box to be contacted. Then I sent an email. I attached both receipts to the forms and email. No response. Even if they had been concerned enough to follow up and denied the refund I would not be upset. But for 15 dollars, having customer service not contact the customer, you lose a former happy customer.

Read moreUpdate this review: I decided to give Burger Fi one more chance and when I got home and opened my order there was hair throughout the order. Not one hair but mutiple hairs. It was disgusting and I had to toss it all. Shame on you burgerfi.
am normally a fan of this BurgerFi. Today, I was so disappointed. I ordered tenders with honey mustard, ordered extra honey mustard, asked to confirm when I picked up and when I go home, no honey mustard. My bacon cheese burger in lettuce was thrown together, no ketchup although asked for, over cooked, dry actually and wilted lettuce. I know we are supposed to support our local restaurants but being charged $35.00 and get such a poor experience does not feel good.
The store was empty outside and no lines for pick up, no bags and no one ordering. Maybe this is why. I was so disappointed because I was looking forward to my normal experience of a great burger hot fries and onion rings and my shakes ready. I got a bad burger, no side sauces although they are on the receipt, shakes were not ready, no case to carry the shakes, had to take them out by hand with the bag, no offer to assist, cold fries and onion rings. Read moreI walked in to pick up an order to go and I stood in line and watched an employee at the end of the food line continuously dig in his pocket with gloves on sit on his phone texting or doing whatever he was doing slide his phone back into his pocket at pull it out at a minimum of 3 times and proceed to touch people's burgers and touch trays. I then asked the gentleman at the icecream machine who the manager was he said I am. I then proceeded to tell him about his employee Delcan and when the manager went over to him immediately the kid smirked and proceeded working with the same gloves he had been playing on his phone and digging in his pockets with. That is extremely disgusting and unsanitary. If staff wants to sit on their phone and not help your kitchen gets orders out while being sanitary they should go home or not work there at all.
