I was so excited when my friends told me about this new cookie place opening near us, unfortunately your better off baking your own cookies bc out of the entire time they have been open I've only gotten two good cookies worth writing about haha they haven't had them since. we haven't been back in weeks bc every time my family checks the menu there isn't a cookie worth buying that's saying something bc our son is a HUGE cookie fan and he doesn't like crumble.. please bring back your Rocky road, chocolate marshmallow or even chocolate with the Carmel and sea salt... All these other fancy cookies are nice in all but don't hit that craving chocolate part and when you do have chocolate cookies theres way too much nasty dark chocolate and huge chocolate chunks you over power them with.. yuck.. you should trade out that pink sugar cookie and chocolate chip cookie for something better.. the chocolate chip one has way too much chocolate it's gross to eat and that's coming from a 9yr old lol there also isn't a good cookie review since grand opening lol guess that's saying something, I understand it's corporate but please bring back something worth buying so we don't have to keep driving to night owl...

Let that process, You may not have your favorite cookie when you have time to go. But that's it. I still love this place. I felt like I already did a crumble review but I wanted to talk about a couple of specific cookies. I got large cookies.

The biscoff Cheese cake cookie-' cookie is not a cookie. It's a little cheesecake. It's incredibly delicious and rich. If you ever loved cookie butter or the crispy cookies, definitely try this. I took mine home snd used a fork and plate with a hot nesspresso. I'm not a barbarian. However, if my mom brought a pack of these from the place and I'm at the soccer game or the hockey game, I'm still gonna want one even if I just have to use my face-- its that good. Not a "cookie" tho. Lol.

I also got the brookie. Which was soft and delicious, really cravable. I had the basic chocolate chip for me. As a go-to also soft lovely cravable. Chocolate chunky ness on point.

Btw this is not a place to sit down. 100% grab and go. Its rather like magic though, you order and pay on a screen interface, then a cookie agent fairy person descends upon you with your order and a...

Refused to issue refund and we didn’t get the cookies we paid for, stay away.

Absolutely an unreal experience trying to buy cookies tonight. We purchased a 4 pack of cookies. While waiting we were informed that they were out of the cookie we ordered 2 of, along with 2 of the other cookies of the 5 on the menu.

After we were informed of the issue, I asked for a refund of the difference between the 2 cookies we wanted and the 4 we paid for, simple enough. Apparently that isn’t actually simple at this store.

We were informed by the employee that he had to call his manager before issuing any refunds as per her instructions. When she didn’t answer, we were told even though we didn’t get the cookies we paid for, we also would not be getting a refund until she called back. I’m pretty sure that is just illegal and if it isn’t it is close to the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
