We decided to get some coffee on this rainy day and when we pulled up to the drive thru, we sat for a good minute with no greeting. We look on the screen and it said please move up for assistance so we pulled up to the window. We were giving our order and the girl taking the order just started taking someone else's order, totally ignoring us part way through and didn't complete taking our order. We flagged the other person trying to assist us with our drinks and she instead took our order but we told her the first girl should pay attention to the customers in front of her and finish our order before moving on to the next. The first girl sticks her head out the window and screams out with attitude, "I was paying attention but you guys are supposed to order at the box!" How rude and appalling! If she was paying attention why did she cut us off part way through and why did she not know what our order was? We had to repeat it to the other girl several times because it was not put in the system correctly. We sat at the box for a minute with no response so what were we supposed to do? Her customer skills are disgusting. Instead of paying attention and taking our order she went on to help someone else and didn't even hear our order correctly. We asked to speak to the shift manager and she was extremely nice and apologetic, but our coffee was still made wrong because our order wasn't heard correctly originally. We had to go back around and wait in line of the drive they to have our coffee fixed. We asked for the girl's name and she said it was Vi. Her photo is attached. Beware of this rude person. Also a photo of what the coffee is supposed to look like vs what we actually got. It's 2 ingredients and yet how can the difference in both drinks be so vast? Corporate will be hearing about this experience. You don't treat human beings the way this woman did and especially if you're in the customer...
   Read moreWas disappointed on my most recent visit. Staff was taking care of drive thru customers first. There was one barista to take and make the orders from the counter, and 1 or 2 taking drive thru orders. Had to wait about 5-10 mins for two drinks which is unusually long. But this was not the issue. There were 4 huge flies in and outside the bakery glass display. I understand that the food is taken from a separate storage but those flies could easily contaminate anything and everything they land on. Check out my pic, i saw 4 which prompted me to take a pic. I’m not sure how any one would not notice bugs flying inside the store, specially the staff and honestly, this is one of those things that customers should not be the one bringing up to the staff. I ordered an iced caramel coffee but instead I received chi tea latte infused with vanilla while there weren’t any other cars in the drive through, therefore, it wasn’t anyone else’s order. Not to mention that no matter what time of the day it is the service is extremely slow and there were several times when I had to wait over 20 minutes in a line for a simple drink. There was another instance when I ordered a Carmel macchiato and after the barista unprofessionally mixed the espresso with milk he told me that the drink was messed up but didn’t offer to remake it!
