Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Florida

Lesson learned today: MAKE SURE TO CHECK THEY GOT YOUR ORDER RIGHT! Overall, this location has had cars reaching up to Chili’s so I never came here before. Stopped here this morning to pick up breakfast at around 9:15 am. I had maybe 7 cars in front of me but line moved very quickly. There are 2 drive through lines and workers come to your car window to take your order and you pay with them. I ordered 2 chick fil a biscuits, 2 hash browns, and 2 sauces. I wasn’t given a receipt so I was never able to confirm my order was right. However, after finally arriving to the front of the line, I was smart and checked my bag and noticed I was given bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits that are more expensive. I removed the hash browns and napkins from the bag and gave them back these biscuits. The lady at the front was nice and took my card to refund me for the incorrect biscuits and charged me for the correct biscuits. She later came back and gave me the 2 receipts for confirmation and said the refund should take around 24 hours max to reach my account. She later brought back the 2 correct chick fil a biscuits but I wasn’t smart this time and didn’t check to make sure everything was included. When I get home, I noticed they never added the chick fil a sauce to the new bag!! Disappointed because now I had dry biscuits and was missing the flavor. Please make sure to correctly include everything In a customer’s order. Staff was friendly and nice but it really sucks to get Home to eat and not have the top item that makes the chicken...

I received my order, it was delivered and it came looking straight out of the dumpster. The boxes beat up, the quality of the food look so disgusting and in overall was a terrible experience. To make matters worse, going to Chick-Fil-A to find a solution of the situation was a waste of time and gas. The manager at the store was been so unreasonable, stubborn and wouldn’t listen. My complain was the quality and how disgusting it look and he was constantly fighting saying that they are not responsible with the delivery. If he would have pay attention and actually listen, the complain was about the quality, one of my family members took a bite and she was disgusted. It was a terrible experience but the manager kept been stubborn and just focusing on the boxes coming in all beat up, constantly saying they are not responsible. No giving moment the complain was about the boxes, it was about the quality of the food. Is that how they present their food? Looking like it was taken out of the dumpster? But the manager kept arguing they are not responsible over the delivery of how the boxes look. His lack of listening and how stubborn he was, shows how much he lacks in professionalism, training and how incompetent he is at his job. Don’t waste your time and gas and even worst trying to reason with a stubborn manager. I hope he gets a billion of trainings on how to be a manager and how to actually deal with customer service. If you made it to the manager on lacking in all those fields shows that you didn’t work hard to earned...

I visited this store last week at around 4 in the afternoon and ordered to go. It was peak hour- the drive thru was packed and there were so many people eating in for their lunch that there wasn't anywhere to sit, but that team stayed copacetic! I work in the food industry as well and was putting myself in their shoes. 10+ drive thru line, 10+ in store line uber and pick up orders--- I would lose it! But this store was working like a well oiled machine. They had multiple people handling the registers, multiple people handling the drive thru, the team all the way in the back were grinding out those chicken sandwiches so quick I was surprised how fast i got my chicken strips and waffle fries! It was so phenomenal to see and I hope every single worker at that store can feel pride in all of their hard work. Not to mention-- everything on their side of the counter was Pristine!!! Everyone was attended to, their relationships between managers and workers seemed highly collaborative and respectful, the managers seemingly taking pointers from workers on the registers all while chatting with each other and doing their work flawlessly. I applaud every single one of those workers, you guys absolutely rock! My food was delicious, my shake was yummy and even though I had around a 15 min wait time I did not mind a single second. This store and every single one of it's workers...
