Food is great. Atmosphere is great. Service is terrible.
I ordered a turkey whatever sandwich, I forget what it was called. It comes with onion and chive schmear, and cucumbers, and comes with chips on the side. I asked to substitute the onion and chive schmear with regular plain schmear. I ordered it with diet coke.
They charged me for a bottle of diet coke, instead of asking if I wanted a bottle or from the fountain. (I wanted a cup, from the fountain.) I told them about the mistake, and they allowed me to get a cup of diet coke from the fountain, but they didn't fix the charge. I still ended up paying extra.
When I got my food, I looked at it and there were no cucumbers, and no schmear. I brought it back and they added the plain schmear, but said they were out of cucumbers. They should have told me they were out when I ordered it, or at least when they were about to start making it. I really like cucumbers and it was the reason I chose that particular sandwich from the menu.
So I took my cucumberless sandwich back to my seat, only to realize they also didn't give me the chips I paid for, so I had to go up and ask for them.
Don't go here unless you want to pay for more than what you ordered and receive less than what...
Read moreThe food still good, but the customer service is garbage. We placed an order totaling $41, we ask for one of the bagels to be buttered and they forgot to charge us for the butter. When I brought it up to the manager dennie (sp)for the missing butter she asked the cashier if we had ordered the butter, the cashier said yes and that she forgot to put it on the bill. We had just waited in line for 20 minutes and Dennie, the manager, after I asked her to please make the order correct, just said no we had to pay for the butter. I don’t mind paying the .70 that they charge for butter, what I do mind is that I was asked to make line again after we waited in line and for our food already. Ultimately, she took our dollar from the table and brought us the butter. Clearly, they do not care about their customers here. I am hoping that this issue is not systematic. As for us, we are happy that we have other choices and will not be supporting this...

My sister and I decided to grab a quick bite from Einstein Bagels due to our busy schedule. Unfortunately, the app didn’t allow me to customize my order, so I had to order in person while my sister ordered ahead.
When we arrived, the parking lot was a nightmare—no space to park or even drive through. Once inside, my sister’s order was behind the counter, but no one acknowledged her. She had to wait in line with me, which completely defeated the purpose of ordering ahead.
When it was my turn to order, I had the misfortune of dealing with Sophia, whose customer service skills were subpar. She seemed irritated, avoided eye contact, & didn’t bother responding with a simple “you’re welcome” after being thanked.
To top it all off, I waited nearly 20 minutes for an egg sandwich, only to receive it cold. What was the wait for?
