This was by far the best food truck i’ve experienced!! To start, the Vegan Burger w/BBQ sauce & Vegan Fries was the best healthiest tasting i devoured w/every bite as delicious as the 1st that made that it was better for me compared to most options i have!! Like seriously converted me same night to become at least a transitioning Flexitarian!!/ (Pescetarian & Vegan for 6 days of the week & like most diets, your 1 cheat day/wk. is when ya eat meat!!☝🏽💙😋🤌🏽) … In addition to the first compliment, & being someone who’s catered to clients w/customer service for 20+ yrs. & W/about 15yrs. in mgmt., i must say that the exemplary food truck CEO Alex runs is a tight nit group where everything revolves around passion & discipline to have all impressively clean as can be structured for order w/everyone feeling like a regular for yrs. from 1st visit as it should be in the food catering industry for all customers!!. … Entire staff was thoroughly trained on this top notch teamwork mannerism to compliment knowing the product of a great variety quality menu that makes you wanna plan your return or next meal before you leave!! So don’t feel surprised when ya remember me saying it’s the norm for 1st comers to feel enticed to ordering 2nd’s for the next day knowing dang well you’ll be craving it again once your hungry & remember & share how delicious it was!! Excellent food! I was hesitant when I heard that they made their own vegan meats and even made their own bread (with almond flour). I didn’t trust that this would be as satisfying as eating an impossible burger for me. When I go out for vegan junk food, I want it to be as realistic as possible. I want it to have the taste of an actual burger or cheesesteak. The owner was so awesome and explained the ingredients to me. He explained how his grandma was vegan way before it was popular and all of the meat they make are from her recipes. I thought I need to try it, but I didn’t expect anything great. I was wrong! This is so much better than just getting an impossible or Beyond burger at a restaurant. The “meat” here is so flavorful and top notch. The burger rivals any impossible or or Beyond burger that you would find elsewhere, and the cheesesteak was AMAZING! I’m from Philly and even though I’m vegetarian, I’m still particular about my cheesesteaks. This is one of the best I’ve ever had! But the real winner was the wings… OMG the wings! I can go back there every day for the wings. Everything was just great!

I did not give high rating for atmosphere because… well, it’s a food truck in a parking lot. But it’s not the kind of place I would go to eat out in. It’s definitely a takeout meal, so who cares about atmosphere. The food and service will keep me going back...

It’s remarkable to start this kind of business which promotes vegan alternative, as I admire vegan people in general very much. I was expecting something a bit healthier, instead the food is the alternative version of the typical American junk food, but it wasn’t bad at all to eat once in a while. Anyway I appreciated the effort and the creativity. What I did not appreciate was the behaviour of the owner (hard to believe it was not the owner after the conversation we had) which took cash without giving the change, he said he didn’t have change so I asked to give me the big note back as I had the exact amount (it’s up to the client to decide to leave a tip) but he refused to do it. We did take 2 burgers, not one, I handled 2 notes of 20, not one as mentioned in his answer, he simply doesn’t want to admit he refused to handle the change, I didn’t want to start arguing with him and I left him the extra money which he basically took without my consent. A very mean, stingy, pathetic attitude, what a pity. By the way I am sure he works very hard, (but probably he doesn’t work 13 hours in hospital like me) and as I said I admired his choice for this kind of business, but what was happened was not right, and it’s embarrassing and childish to...
