My son has been going to this location for previous 2 years while he attended Somerset and spent an average of $15-$20 per day while he would wait as we were on our way to pick him up after school. So my middle school daughter walked all the way there today after school while we ordered the food online in the app (like we always did the previous 2 years with my son) so she had food to eat while she waited for us. To our surprise, they decided to make a rule to close the lobby from 3pm-4:30pm for everybody!!! just because they experienced some issues with certain bad kids, rather than deal with each issue case by case!!!! They handed her food through the door and made her sit out front alone while it was raining and thundering, which she ended up not eating because there was no where to actually eat. There was at least 10 customers that actually left very mad because they closed the lobby. They turned down a mother and her two daughters that needed a place to eat before they went to gymnastics. She said she wasnt coming back either. Money lost! So if you plan on wanting to dine in at this location from 3-4:30pm, DO NOT GO HERE anymore! It does not matter if you are a customer or not, they will make you eat outside on wet chairs even though you spent money at their establishment. What a terrible manager decision. They are going to lose so much money. They definitely lost our family as a customer going forward. We usually order more food for ourselves (at least another $30) in the app while we are on way to pick her up, but we chose not to because of their new rules that left my daughter with her meal outside in the rain.
For now on, the Starbucks and Chipotle next door will be getting our money everyday...
Read moreLet’s face it, the chick fil a employees at every location are always the friendliest people. Their restaurant is always clean, they’re always quick, but I had an altercation with the manager that I did not take lightly. This location is offering free breakfast entrees every Wednesday in November, which is very nice. However, when I came to retrieve my free entree, I was informed they were only offering a sausage biscuit made out of pork… this is Boynton Beach, well over half of the city’s population is Jewish. After going back and forth with them, saying this is religious discrimination if they do not have an alternative option, they finally budged and offered me a chicken biscuit. I was happy they understood and righted their wrong, until the manager on duty told me if I don’t want what they are offering, I should just come back the following Wednesday as the free entree option will be different. I found that comment rather insulting and demeaning, especially in a time when anti-semitism is on the rise worldwide. No, I did not feel threatened as a Jewish person, I just felt like they did not understand how upsetting that comment came across that showed they clearly were reluctant to...
Read moreJust had the worst drive through experience. After ordering the grilled chicken egg white, I pulled forward and noticed the employee at the window was going to cars to tell them something. When the car in front of me pulled away without their food and frustrated, I pulled up to the window and waited 5 minutes without a word spoken to me. And then after some confusion, and without a hello or a greeting I was simply asked “what’s your name ?” When I told them my name I had to wait another few minutes until they told me their machine to make eggs was broken- would’ve been nice to know that when I ordered. After ordering a chicken biscuit instead they asked me to pull up and after 10 minutes and 3 people behind me served I received my order. Only then to have to reverse my car to the window to ask for ketchup that I originally asked for and was even on my ticket sticker. I know this company prides themselves on customer service so I had to share this...
