Wawa — Restaurant in Florida

My Wawa really let me down today, Halloween 2022. Everyone had been passing around the heads up that the gas tax exemption we enjoyed during most of the "COVID" timeframe ends tomorrow, Nov 1, 2022. When I finished work I wanted that last tank of somewhat less expensive gas, so I stopped by Wawa. They are always so competitive that I never bothered to check the gas price, but here is what I found in about a 1.5 mile stretch of Wesley Chapel Blvd this evening. Across from WAWA, Speedway gas $3.199. 3/4 mile west Marathon gas $3.199 and Circle K Shell gas $3.199 and a full mile or a little more west 711 gas $3.199 and sill me, I went where I go. WAWA gas $3.459.

So where does my magical WAWA membership card and .15 gal off through November go? IN THE TRASH

I usually don’t like to write negative reviews, however I think I am disappointed in Wawa. My fiancé and I like to go there occasionally for healthier options instead of McDonalds. This morning we had to go back for his Panini that they forgot to hand to us, it was left on the counter. I would say its my fault, expect for the fact that they called my order but had 2 other orders coming out at the same time. I asked the kid behind the counter if it was all mine (I had a decent sized order,) he said no while pushing my soup forward. In a rush I grabbed what was in the soup bags and headed out. I realized about halfway to work, we were missing a sandwich. Went back and got it.

I get to work, eat my soup. Delicious, I love their soup and it’s perfect for the cold I have. I get to my breakfast bowl, there is absolutely nothing on it that I ordered. You can see that in the photo where the receipt is. I’m not even mad, just irritated that the past 3 times I’ve gone they’ve either lost my order (not made it,) made my order and then misplaced it or completely...

Have been here three times within the last two weeks. One of the times I ordered my food, went straight to pay for it and then went to wait for them to make it. I waited 20 minutes only to ask where my food was. The girl behind the counter said she had been calling my number. The whole time to tell me there was an issue with the order (something about a substitution ingredient). 100% lie I was standing in front of her the whole time another time I went. One of the guys making food and the girl making drinks weren’t even making anything, they were just going back-and-forth yelling at each other from the time I got in there to the time I left. Not a single order was filled in that entire time. He was also telling her that he wasn’t scared of anyone and he would go outside and fight her or anybody she would bring. I didn’t even get a chance to get my order. I just left. The food here is good when you actually get it, but the service is terrible.
