I went into Cold Stone tonight! Aug. 27th 2025 and while I was waiting in line, I overheard the employees laughing about the new carnival flavor: Cornbread & Blueberry Jam. They were joking that nobody had tried it yet. Well, being a southern girl who loves her some cornbread, I thought: “Alright then, I’ll be the first!”
I sampled it, and at first, the flavor was gentle. But I decided to commit and order a Love It size bowl and let me tell you, it was the BEST decision I could have made!!! When you order it as "Cornbread Is My Jam!" it includes real chunks of cornbread, drizzles of honey, and frozen blueberries swirled in. The combination is absolutely heavenly. Sweet, comforting, and unique all at the same time!!
Honestly, don’t knock it till you try it! There isn't much I turn my nose up too anyways, yall could probably make an icecream that's got dill & pickles in it and I would still try/eat it! But, that cornbred is one of the best unique ice creams I’ve ever had. Huge thanks to Cold Stone Corporate for bringing this creative carnival flavor to life! Y’all nailed it. I’ll definitely be back for more.

Read moreThis staff is poorly trained. Portions are extremely low, with low quality service and experience. I can probably jump over the counter and show them how to scoop and prep the ice cream. These are the CS's I've dined in, Davenport (my fave, see my review there), Celebration, Lakeland, IDrive, John Young pkwy, Ocala, Gainesville, just to give perspective on how I know what good looks and taste like. Sadly our local CS is currently not good.
I've come a few times and they are consistantly bad. Cold Stone brand standard for milkshakes is Thick, Creamy and Smooth. I've gotten, watery and choppy in both instances I've come here... yeah, that's poinciana for you...
Managers and owner, this is on you. Train the staff the Cold Stone way.
Currently its Premium ice cream cost with dollar store portions and quality.
If you want good ice cream locally, go to Twistee Treat until they level up to real Cold...
Read moreI visited the new Cold Stone Creamery in Poinciana yesterday, and I have to say, I had a great experience! A gentleman named Jensen made my ice cream, and he was not only polite and friendly, but also incredibly quick and skilled. The presentation of my order was beautiful—and to top it off, he did a fun and impressive trick by tossing the ice cream in the air and catching it perfectly in the cup! It definitely added a special touch to the visit.
I’ve been to this location a few times already, and since it’s a new store, I understand they’re still working through training and getting into the groove—especially during busy times. I’m not expecting perfection, but what I do appreciate is genuine care and effort, and Jensen absolutely delivered on both.
Thanks again for the great service! Keep up the great work and continue to thrive—I’m excited to keep...
