I eat at this place all the time. Quality is always changing but lately its been bad. Super basic food items and should not be rocket science to make the same dishes over and over. Its 2022 we should be able handle counting to 5 and creating the same dishes over and over. Its literally their jobs 😂. Its just rice and chicken. Lately I've been getting less and less the more extras I add. For a nearly $20 meal with out a drink you'd think they would at least fill up the bowl with rice. Hardly ever get the extras I pay for. And they short me on sauces 8 out of 10 times. Suace is what gives it taste lol. Half the time the sauce cups are not filled more than half way or the garlic cilantro is thinned out and watery. The bowl I order already comes with cheese and sour cream. I definitely don't see any extra on this. No parmesan that costs and additional $0.99 was added. Missing 2 sauces that are supposed to come with the bowl by default. Heck I see the sides of this "Large" bowl bowl because its not filled. Read moreI haven't been to Chicken Kitchen in years. I used to be there like 2 times a week, but after going today, I remember why I stopped going here. The food is freaking terrific, the flavor, etc is wonderful, but, small or large is the same amount of chicken, I don't put cheese on anything so I usually ask for extra beans or tomatoes, or something, and they act like that's a problem. I'm paying like 20 bucks for a drink, and some rice, beans, lettuce, chicken, and tomatoes, and when I ask for extra salsa, since I bought a large, they say, we can only give you 3. I don't like eating at places where the owners are so greedy. You and I both know they are making a bundle on every meal, give me a freaking break on the salsa, Jeezzzz@!

When I ordered a family meal which consisted of a whole chicken meal, from Uber eats, I was extremely upset when I recieved a choppy chop that would only feed two people. I called the store, requested a manager and was advised I would get a call back. First impressive thing, I got a call back from Julio, who apologized that I received the incorrect order. Then he showed a true desire to correct the issue by ordering another Uber delivery to me with the correct items.
