This was my 3rd time visiting this place. I was so excited when it first opened because I love Greek Food and this was a half mile from my house. I thought it would be a neighborhood place. It was awful. The humus - always a mark of a good greek place, was nothing more than ground chickpeas. No lemon, no garlic no tahini. The Gyro was flavorless and dried out. How is that even possible in a Greek place? But they had just opened so I thought it I'd cut them some slack while they got on their feet. The second time, a few months later, I ordered delivery. Everything was stone cold. Did I mention I was a half mile from the restaurant and I could track the delivery driver so I knew he went from the restaurant directly to my house? It took him 2 minutes, so it wasn't his fault. But still, you never know, so yesterday I went there myself, ordered and drove it home myself, in about 2 minutes. The humus had gotten better - barely, but the gyro was chock full of the most dried out meat I have ever seen. Now I know exactly what they mean when they describe meat as "shoe leather." So I did some online digging. This is not a place opened and operated by some Greek Family looking to make their American Dream a reality, as I first thought - mislead by a FB Post "Living in Oakland Park". This is a chain owned by three non-greek CEOs who I am sure, have never been to Greece, or even Astoria, Queens NY, where I lived for over 15 years and where there are more Greeks and therefore Greek Restaurants, than there are in Athens. So I know. I not even going to go into the lovely counter girl who was so non-understandable that I was too embarrassed to ask her to repeat herself for the 4th time, that I just shook my head "no" to whatever she had asked me. I think I dodged a bullet there if she was offering me something else from the menu. The place is clean but lacking in any atmosphere at all, save a few small plants on the tables. I'm not sure if they're fake. Even for a fast food place, it's a little antiseptic. I can highly recommend Ethos in Wilton Manors, or Greek Islands in Fort Lauderdale. I haven't tried It's All Greek To Me in Pompano, but I guess I'll have to, soon. I had heard that many restaurants have to close after a year. I hope this is...

Visit this location today for lunch and was not impressed with the male manager/ owner/ cashier. I order the Alvgolemono soup and the Chicken Souvlaki Entree. I had to request my salad, as he forgot it came with my Entree. The soup was a too salty for me. I returned to the counter to inform him it wasn’t to my liking, a little to unhealthy for me, with an elevated voice, he goes on to say he taste the soup every morning and it was fine to him. I stated for health concern I cannot eat this and I would prefer to exchange it for fries since they’re the same price. He in turn say he will “give me some fries”. I didn’t engage. I paid for my order so I wasn’t seeking anything for free. I leave the soup on the counter and he brings me a kid size small fries to my table. Another Latino lady return her food, he was very understanding, replace her order and thanked her for visiting. As I was packing up to leave out he walks to the back to prevent from acknowledging me! Colorism...

The person who took my order would not let me order a grilled cheese pita and was very rude about it. I have never had Mediterranean food, this was my first time ever in the restaurant and I was unaware of the menu. I was uncomfortable at how she approached the situation stating she was confused and that I was not a kid although I told her I was not comfortable trying the food on their menu and that was what I wanted. I should have left but did not due to being with coworkers and having no transportation at the time and ordered a salad. When I asked her did they have ceasar dressing she was again rude saying they were a Mediterranean restaurant and that she would put Vinegarette on the side for my salad for me to try it. After sitting waiting for my food I saw that someone else in my age group 21+ had received a kids cheese pizza. I called to speak with the manager multiple times and was not able to...

We drive over 40 min to come to this location often. Our first experience was great due to the gentleman with the glasses who works front cashier. He’s so patient and knowledgeable on the menu and what to recommend. We are absolutely delighted to come here because he maintains the restaurant so tidy. He greets every customer with kindness and respect. He’s amazing in the fact that he also tends diligently to the customers and it’s amazing how keeps the restaurant seating area tidy. All in all we love this location, and this staff. It’s important to hire people who care. To the owner- you made a great choice hiring this person. Happy holidays 🩷🫶🏽

The restaurant is very clean and maintained. Good customer service. The food is a poor example of Greek cooking. The souvlakia are not marinated just meat thrown on a skewer and grilled. In all my travels I have never seen such a poor spinach pie (spanakopita σπανακόπιτα), it was in a puff pastry (not in the usual filo store bought or traditional handmade), a weird meat of sorts which doesn’t belong, huge chunks of onion, very little spinach, not seasoned properly and not mixed properly , and cold. I do not know what is happening in south Florida, but too many people are poorly, representing the excellence of Greek cuisine.
