Chilis, HOLY SMOKES!!! Blew it out the park tonight. Beyond excellent job and thank you for executing so efficiently and well! I just visited about half an hour ago. I pulled over to eat and had the write this review instantly after. First all, keep up the great deals. It's part of what keeps me coming back. 3 for $10 is killer. Secondly, the cook needs to be commended. On 12/19/20, Saturday night, whoever is making the quesadillas did a stellar job!! I had a special request, no anchor chile ranch at all and extra sour cream. I did an online order so I could customize it to my liking and know it was inputted correctly. Not only did it come out correctly, but it was better than expected! I've ordered this many times before but the cajun seasoning is always lacking and there is never much inside the quesadilla. Not this time! Excellent seasoning overall, not too much, not too little. It was stuffed with bacon, chicken and cheese! So delicious and this is what really brings people back. Please. Commend this cook for their great work. I worked in the industry for 14 years and know how stressful this time is. Okay, now on to their Togo system. Amazing! I pulled in to a packed parking lot (for obvious reasons, again keep cooking food that delicious and you will always have a job) and then was great within 1-2 minutes. There was multiple Togo staff on at the time and they were doing an excellent job. They were maximizing their steps which shows me great training and leadership. They greated me after finishing up with another guest, and then upon gathering my I formation, they moved onto the next car and then went inside. While they were doing their thing in there, I was checked up by a different togo person to make sure I was helped. Excellent!! Great teamwork, this means everything! Then I was instantly brought my food. I checked it before leaving, as is normal for me, and was excited to see everything exactly as ordered.
Thanks for the wonderful, delicious food at a great price with great service. Keep it up Fleming...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreCame in with a rather large party--in their defense. We waited 45 minutes to be seated (that's fine), but then it took a good 20-25 minutes to get all of our drinks after we ordered them, then we shortly found out that the waiter responsible for our table just left, so someone else took over. Some of our appetizers weren't accounted for with the first waiter leaving. We have been seated for over an hour. We have had to tell the waitress that took over several times for ONE refill. I ended up just walking up to the bar to get refills for myself and my mom because I didn't know when she was coming back. When I get to the bar, the bartender is texting and doesn't even notice me for a good 2-3 minutes. The waitress hasn't really been checking on our table very much. Maybe they are understaffed. I usually like Chili's, and this one is usually okay, but we have been waiting over an hour on our food, so we probably won't be home til after 10pm. None of us even feel like eating anymore. We are just ready to leave. What was supposed to be a nice experience for my niece's birthday turned into a headache. My friend hasn't even gotten her appetizer even though she has asked for it multiple times, and I didn't even bother to ask again for the one I didn't get. There are people who have come in after we did and gotten their food and ate and left. Told my brother they don't have Mac and cheese at all even though my kid got some. Their spinach queso dip doesn't COME with chips. You have to get chips and salsa separately. They didn't clear the table of dirty dishes before bringing our food. Oh and we just found out not everyone got silverware. Pretty disappointing. I feel bad for the waitress to a degree because she got slammed with a table she wasn't expecting and I can tell she did her best. Still tipped her well. I know it was out of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would love to start off by saying Chilis will ALWAYS have my business. I've been coming to Chili's for most of my life and I love the food. The service was quick and friendly, as usual and I loved that. My family loved that.
However... I wasn't very impressed today, unfortunately. I let my server know that I have a pretty serious dairy allergy and that I cannot have dairy. I studied the allergen menu (located on the kiosk!) and our server was very helpful with all of my questions. But....my food came out with layers of cheese on top and most of my fries were touching the cheese. The server apologized and admitted that she didn't ring it up as a dairy allergy and didn't input my order with no cheese. Mistakes happen and I'm not angry with her, but because of that, I was unable to eat with my family, which really sucked.
She made sure to get me a new burger with no cheese or dairy of any kind as quickly as she possibly could on a Saturday after graduation rush, but I hope that the servers at this location can learn from this situation. Allergies and food safety should definitely be taken VERY seriously! I could've ended up in the hospital if I didn't notice! Scary. It makes me, and other people who suffer like me, want to skip eating out and just eat at home. That can seriously...
