This is my first and last visit to this facility. I called to ask what type of egg rolls they had. I looked at their menu, but in website and on doordash. It did not come up immediately and I wanted to place an order to pickup. She sounded so ticked off that I dare ask for clarification. Extremely rude. I should have known right there not to place the order. I did, because our favorite place was closed and I just had a taste. I ordered two shrimp egg rolls and two pork. The pork ones were egg rolls but the shrimp ones were not egg rolls, rather spring rolls. The fried rice was so dried out and just stuck to the carton. I could tell it was not fresh once I got home. It was hot, but not fresh. When picking up the food, the girl stared straight ahead with a ticked off attitude. There was no tip for her. I noticed there was such a variety of soups and I asked her for a menu and even said sorry for the questions but could not find the eggs rolls on website, and mentioned the nice variety of soup. I was being friendly and polite. She said yes, look on the menu. No smile or anything. I paid, brought food home. Tasted my spring rolls and rice. Then proceeded to dump food in the garbage. Read moreWith 10 years frequently customer with this chinese take-out place this is our very first cold shoulder treatment from this cashier lady which she not even greetings us when we entrance then she gave us cold shoulder look and let us wait for few minutes before she take our orders. She not even asked that we do or don't need a receipt copy for the order. Then we come back after taking a walk to Target nearby, and we ask when our food is ready to pickup her cold response is "I let you know when they ready." the way she treats us. It seems like she got her period days. But when a white guy entrance to the door she turn 180 degree by gave him a welcome greetings, asked him about copy receipt and even tell him when the food ready even our order been well before him. we never saw her at the cashier before, and we felt insulted from her as she discriminated against her own kind (Asian).
