Five Below — Local services in Trinity

My complaint is with the manager I dealt with at this location not the rest of the staff. When there are people fighting loudly and verbally with children in the store and it is creating a scene in your store do not ignore the problem!!!! When I see the look of people especially children in the area looking uncomfortable and avoiding that area of the store do something! When I told the manager something needed to be done and the kids near them in the store looked scared and uncomfortable maybe he could do something for his reply to be everyone has the right to shop and have fun! WTH!!!!!! He did go over I think all he did was ask how they were or if they were finding everything ok. The rest of the staff was friendly and efficient. Maybe a new manager is called for though!!!!! The store was mainly straight and organized. One of my items I rang up was different then the shelf price. This is not the standard Five Below. It's FILTHY. At 6 pm on a Saturday evening half the lights were shut off. The floors haven't been swept in what looks like seasons. The registers are only self check out bit you can't self checkout, one employee goes machine to machine and still scans your items. While the line builds up. There is no reason to anything being on shells its all just tossed in piles that are maybe similar in items. We left discouraged and ordered a store pickup a few days later. Today I was told no body could grab my pick up because everyone was on break. A pregmamt employee cam back handed me my bag. One bag for 33 items? I questioned but she said some items were out of stock and I'd be refunded. As I was walking out of the store I saw the slinky dog rc that was removed out of stock (a pile of 20 of them) and every item that was marked not in stock by the store staff grabbing my order.
