First visit. Disappointed after all the hype heard. Ordered two pitas - Greek Chicken and Spicy Lamb ($26!). Handed to us cold. How does thick, cold pita bread strike you? What about cold, greasy lamb patties? This was an in-store pickup so can’t blame temperature on a 10 minute ride home. Neither wrapping was marked which required opening and poking around to determine which was which. Heavily stuffed and came apart so eating became a messy affair. Both were tasteless. Came with three sauce cups -except for tzatziki, recognizable only by color and association, certainly not by flavor - with no explanation what they were. The restaurant is clean. The pitas large. The server apathetic. Don’t think I want to gamble on their salads, not with the proven competition around

I had a great experience at Cava! The food was fresh and flavorful, offering a variety of Mediterranean-inspired options that catered to different dietary preferences. The customizable bowls are a highlight, allowing you to mix and match ingredients to create your perfect meal. The pita bread and hummus were delicious, and the protein options were well-seasoned and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is casual and inviting, making it a great spot for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner. The only minor drawback was that it can get a bit crowded during peak hours, but the quality of the food more than makes up for it. Overall, Cava is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy tasty, healthy Mediterranean cuisine!

So we have been waiting for this to finally open. And we are sooooo glad it is here. We have never been to a CAVA but have heard good things. This place delivered. We came in father's day. My bowl was with braised lamb and was delicious. All the ingredients looked and tasted so fresh. The hummus tastes great. The dressings were packed with flavors. My partners bowl was too spicy and the manager put on his gloves and personally remade the bowl for him. The manager is always smiling. I am so happy we made the stop in. Move over Chick-fil-A... You have new competition 😊

I come here fairly often and I’ve never had a complaint in mind. I love all their menu options especially their lamb meat balls. They are always generous with the portions and don’t skimp out like chipotle, but today I went in at 9pm near closing. I ordered a bowl with steak and I kid you not this guy Tony who was serving me (short guy with glasses and beard) gave me like 6 of the tiniest pieces of steak like the size of the nail on your pinky finger. Like it was outrageous im actually laughing writing this. I asked him for a little more and he said it will be double and +$4 up charge. I don’t mind paying for double steak when I want it but when I got 1/4 of a serving size from this guy I knew if I asked for double I still wouldn’t receive a full serving size from him. I don’t know who this guy is but he kept looking at me funny and I could care less but your working a customer service job, learn to have some enthusiasm when you treat people behind the counter. Cava managers when you reading this review go teach this guy the proper customer service skills and portions sizes. I wish I would have taken a picture of the steak when he filled it for us just so I can put into perspective for the people...

(Note: I attempted to contact the restaurant directly but it had a very generic answering service and when I pushed 4 to speak to staff it went to a fast busy signal both times - thus I feel I need to write this review).

I’ve eaten here twice. First time was excellent and I was breaking a fast so I was super happy. It was a build your own - with the flavored beef.

Unfortunately, I returned at 9 pm on a Monday and although the staff were helpful and cheerful, and the restaurant clean, the plain steak tha we both included in our meals, tasted like liver and was very chewy and mealy. There was a weird coating on the meat - likely from it sitting in liquid.

Atonality… nothing has been warm. I thought the meat, the falafel, and possibly the pita chips would be warm - but not at all. I heated them in the toaster oven when I got home the first time - but don’t want to do that every time. I enjoy the hot cold contrast.

They also forgot my feta chases on the wrap.

The dressings and hummus flavors are nasty.

So… it’s not as great as I had hoped. And I worry about food quality. Even the less picky of us could not...

First experience here and on a Sunday lunch time. Very few tables to sit at. Very little staff and when a table does open up. It was obviously dirty due to no staff there to clean. The line moves very slowly to order the food. I think this process could be sped up by implementing touchscreens and online ordering. The staff didn't have much of a personality so there would be no loss there. The food was good but for the price I would have rather gone to a more authentic Mediterranean restaurant. They advertise steak on an a frame outside and consistently on their video menu board but... They were out of steak which was disappointing. They were also out of feta... Hard to understand that a Mediterranean restaurant is out of feta. Like go to the store and just buy some maybe... I don't think I will be one of the many returning customers. There is a lot of room for improvement and I believe this is a solid business idea. Hope they make some serious changes and do well...
