GameStop — Local services in Trinity

I went into this Gamestop about 2 months ago and personally witnessed what "Sagie Bobby" mentioned below in his review.

I'll start with my experience in chronological order. I needed an HDMI to Red/white/yellow converter. I called and asked what they had, asked about the product etc. DJ, who works at this Gamestop, answered and helped me out. I called around to some other stores throughout the day to look into similar products. I called Gamestop back, since I had forgotten specifically what they had, and DJ answered again. Even though he had already answered my questions when I called before, he answered them again and was friendly and helpful. So, I went to the store half an hour later to get the adapter. I got the adapter and was checking out when I heard another customer start getting agitated at the checkout counter at the next register down. I believe the customer was trying to sell his phone, and DJ calmly and respectfully told him he could only offer him so much for his phone, based on company policy and the condition of the phone etc. The customer wasn't happy with the answer, got flustered, raised his voice and stormed out. I don't understand why the customer got so agitated. It's not like DJ was making up prices (there's no reason to) like we were at a bazaar or a flea market. DJ was never disrespectful towards anyone, including his coworkers.

The web site stated that the store opened today at 9AM. I called last night at approximately 945pm and asked if the had any PS5 disc ver available, the employee said yes members only,which I am, unable to make it last night I showed up at 850AM this morning at the front door of Game Stop with my PS4 to trade in. 2 men pulled into the parking lot looked at me then proceeded into the Publix, came out of Publix shortly after and walked to the game stop . They said we don't open until 10AM and they didn't have any PS5's. When I mentioned about the web site stating the store would be open at 9am they ignored me , and we'll I told them I called before closing the night before was told they did have PS5 disc ver for members only the were dismissive. Why if they saw me standing in front of the store didn't they tell me they did not open until 10, why was the store hours incorrect on the web page, and why was I told the night before they had several available next morning...
