Some of the best customer service meets a flavorable experience. Had the opportunity to check out Craft Street last night for date night and I can say all in all we will be back. We wanted to get seated quickly and after putting our name on the waitlist online after 30 minutes we showed up and we’re able to be seated outdoors. From the top our server was very attentive and always kept us updated on our food order. Throughout the evening he was very accommodating and followed through on delivering a second adult beverage with our meal. We ordered the “Walk the Flank” (pictured) one well done (not mine) and medium. As for food presentation the food did not quite fill the plate and the splatters on the side showed a very minor misstep in attention to detail. My steak unfortunately arrived well done as well and due to time constraints was not able to wait for another to be made. Now this is where a restaurant is tested. I notified our waiter and he went in to overdrive to make things right. We were then visited by the manager and the floor supervisor and everyone expressed their genuine concern and desire to make it right. And it was at that moment the instilled my value as a customer. Now truth be told the flavoring of the flank steak, rice and eggs deserved a chefs kiss. Really great flavors with the pineapple and soy drizzled over the steak. It was just that the steak was a tad over cooked to well done. The snickerdoodle cookie with ice cream dessert was great too. All in all if you want to feel valued as a customer and experience some wonderful flavors…this is the spot to check out. Be sure to jump on the waiting list online prior to arriving.

First off, good luck trying to find parking nearby. We ended up parking by the publix around the corner and walked. (It really wasn't too far) The restaurant was busy and we didn't have a reservation so we decided to wait 35 minutes. It was a nice afternoon to walk around so the wait wasn't horrible. Let's get to the good part. The food! We started off with the Short rib sweet potato tots and Parmesan truffle fries. They were both delicious! The sticky, short-ribs were the perfect compliment to the still crispy sweet potato tots. I'm pretty sure I tried licking the skillet that it came on after we finished. The truffle fries were good too. Especially with the balsamic ketchup. For my entree, I got the Belgium clucker, their version of chicken and waffles. The chicken was amazing and the waffles were very crispy. Honestly, what made it extraordinary were the bacon collard greens on top. It really just went well with the chicken and the waffles! I'm not sure if I ever want to eat chicken and waffles now without collard greens. Yes, they were that good! My wife got the gumbo which was fantastic as well. I really believe the beignets made a big difference. We ended our meal with the bourbon banana bread pudding and their red velvet cheesecake. The bread pudding is good but the red velvet cheesecake is exceptional. It's a layer of cheesecake in between two layers of red velvet cake. Brilliant. All in all, it was a great meal and wallet friendly. Each of our entrees were less than $14. Great deal for dinner! I'm willing to say, it's worth leaving the comforts of the city to get out to Trinity to try this place. It's that good.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hidden Gem Alert: Craft Street Brewery We stumbled upon a hidden gem last night—Craft Street Brewery—and I’m still thinking about it today. Everything about this place was on point. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly. Our waiter, Levi, was an absolute pro: personable, attentive, and made the whole evening feel relaxed and enjoyable. Even the manager came over to introduce himself—a nice touch you don’t see often. He made us feel genuinely welcome and even invited us back. Spoiler alert: we will be back. Let’s talk food. I went with the Hot Honey Chicken sandwich, and let me tell you—that sandwich was sick (in the best way possible). Crispy, sweet, spicy, and totally addictive. My wife ordered the meatloaf, which she clearly loved, considering I got stabbed with her fork a couple times for trying to sneak a bite. Worth it, though. So good. And the desserts? Out. Of. This. World. Don’t believe me? Just check the picture I posted. Words won’t do it justice. You’re going to want to save room. By the end of the night, I basically had to roll myself out the door—totally stuffed, completely satisfied, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food, amazing service, and a relaxed, welcoming vibe.

We are local and brought the family for dinner on Friday night at 6:15pm. We always order kids food and an app with our initial drink order to try and speed things up. We ordered our food shortly after. After about 30 min our food came out but no kids food or our appetizer. We asked about the kids food/app and the waitress said she did not know what happened. We said we no longer needed the appetizer. The manager came out apologizing but also said she did not know what happened. In about 10 min the kids food came out (extremely hot) and the appetizer which we again said we did not need. We placed the appetizer to the side since it arrived halfway through our meal (awkward). The manager checked on us about 10 min later and we asked for 2 drinks. We finished our food but never received the 2 drinks we ordered from the manager. We asked the waitress for the check. When we got the check we had to request the appetizer and 2 drinks be removed. Manager never checked back. I feel like the manager left her waitress all on her own. I don’t blame our waitress at all and the food was great. I was very disappointed in how management handled the situation. Honestly management did nothing but come out with a fake smile and ask if we needed drinks to which we said yes and then even the drinks didn’t show up making the situation worse. She never came back at all after that and she was footsteps away several times throughout the night. A free drink/kids meal off our tab would have been something to avoid a review like this…? I viewed Craft Street as a top restaurant in Trinity/New Port Richey/Odessa area but was definitely...
