I had really high hopes for this place since their menu looked really good and Iād heard nothing but good things from other people. However, I can say I am thoroughly disappointed and will not being trying Blaze again any time soon if at all. We went in for lunch, there was a long line no big deal, we wanted to browse the menu anyway. We get up and tell them which signature pizzas we want, they say okay, mark things off on the paper for the order and we move down the line. Now the ladies working the line to ābuildā the pizzas did not check to make sure that our pizzas were being made correctly, even though we had made a couple modifications since they are customizable (which it states on the menu) and Iām top of that, the pizzas themselves barely had any toppings on them let alone sauce or cheese. Some ingredients were almost forgotten or not excluded from the order, and the pizzas were both burnt when they came out and then mine got drowned with the ādrizzleā of balsamic glaze. When we asked for a refund the manager we spoke to tried to put it off on us since we didnāt tell the people making the pizzas what to do, which WE TRIED to do, they did not listen. Then she tries to tell us that the signature pizzas just come āas they areā even though every sign they have up says that theyāre fully customizable. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI tried Blaze Pizza for the first time on Saturday 11/28/21. I would have love to give this pizza 5 stars because despite the problems, this is a really good pie. The crust is chewy and delicious. The topping are quality and the choices are excellent. However, on my first visit one of the pizzas I ordered was a lg with basil and roasted garlic. There was absolutely not a single basil leaf on this pie. There was also a what I think was a broken piece of olive pit on the pie that I bit down on, but not hard enough to do any damage. I get that these things happen. That items get missed and they use olives of course sometimes you get a piece of an olive pit. I didn't order olives though, so it was certainly somewhat careless. My biggest issue is that the company really seems to want to know how your order was. They send an email to you asking, how was it? I responded with exactly what I said here. Both to the email sent to me and to the email on my receipt. Absolutely no response back from Blaze however. I get the feeling that the asking for your comments is simply a ploy to make them look customer service conscious. As I said in my comments to them, I'm going to give them another try. After all it really is good pizza. I just hope my next visit...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNever again! Ordered on the app for pickup due to a tight schedule. Walked in grabbed the order and a I was pulling away checked the order. Correct sticker, absolute wrong pizza. So I park, go back in and tell them what happened. Apparently they had already given what I ordered away, so they wanted to remake it. Great, thank you.
Unfortunately, because of an upcoming appointment I couldn't wait. I asked if I could come back when I was done and have it remade. I was told yes. When I returned another person asked me my name and said, "oh ya" went to back and grabbed a box. I did tell them I'd be back after 3 sometime. I said is this fresh, he said, "yes" absolute lie. I left there at 2:15 ish and returned around 3:30. The box had sat there long enough the stickers won't stick to it. The box is soaked with grease/moisture and it's completely dried up.
Oh and it's fresh but the ranch on the side I had ordered was past warm, almost hot.
I was passive about the first screw up, but then to lie to me and present me with something I'm sure was made around 2:15 and not edible is extremely crappy customer...
