I give this location 3 stars because Zee was very sweet and communicative during my appointment.

I was referred to this location by my friend who with the grand opening promo code got her full of lashes covered. She was happy and results were amazing.

I booked the appointment online on the last day of the promo code. I was concerned but the appointment book allowed me to book the appointment and follow though with all of the steps to the end where it showed $0.00 for my payment summary with the promo added. Unfortunately, I did not take a screen shot of this because I got a email confirmation.

I confirmed my appointment via text and email but I suppose it is partially my fault for not calling the location to confirm that my promo code would still be valid. Unfortunately, I was not informed during confirmation or upon arrival that the promo code I entered would no longer apply.

Again, Zee is why I am giving 3 stars. I was nervous about having my eyelid glued shut and the chemicals around my eyes. Yes, there were a few times where it got uncomfortable but she talked me through the process. She was able to customize a set for me that would help my eyes look more open.

Payment was fully price. I was not expecting this. I asked them to check but they said the promo could not be applied but can give me $20 discount for the referral. Of course, I will pay when services have been rendered. Cost is not an issue but it is the principle.

I wrote a lengthy email explaining the situation to the location email posted on the website. There was no reply. So here is my honest review.

My original rating was from my first experience they looked good for about a week then the lashes started coming out I returned back to Salon they stayed in about a week a second time then I had them put on again for the third time and then I gave up and I went someplace else I've had my lashes on going over 2 weeks and they're still perfect they look like day I got them unfortunately your product doesn't last very long and it's too expensive. This was an amazing experience for me and the first time I have tried getting lash extensions. I had the pleasure of having Yamari apply my lash extensions; she is very professional and very kind! She asked me how I would like them and she delivered just that. I love the service I received and I will be a continual client. The atmosphere here is so peaceful and clean, everyone in the establishment truly carry a positive vibe and they treat you like family. They take their services serious and are big on client experience. I’m so glad that I chose to receive service from Deka Lash and I will be participating in becoming a VIP/Continual client.
