Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Florida

After 9:00 you can never get fresh queso or any guacamole there's never any guacamole after 9:00 p.m. at this location I have gone to this location several times and wasn't able to get guacamole and order is the veggie bowl so I feel like I'm being jipped secondly Saturday night I came to Chipotle to order dinner and the music was blasting so loud the crew member who took my order she was rude she couldn't hear me I tried to give her my order three times and she was frustrated she walked off the line and mumbled something underneath her breath complete attitude I asked her whats the attitude was about and she just became argumentative with me so I asked to speak to a manager about what was going on the manager intervened she didn't introduce herself she wasn't kind she had an attitude as well just like the employee a horrible representation of management for Chipotle I used to be a kitchen manager for Chipotle so I know the proper procedures and expectations in this store has surely failed they don't make sure that there's enough guacamole to last through the night and has been going on for weeks I order at this location often and every time at night time there is an issue where they don't have the most popular items I feel like the team members need to be retrained on customer service and have a clear understanding that without customers there is no business without any business there is no job so they should treat the customers accordingly and if they feel like a guest is not appropriate then they should get a manager who is also professional to handle the matter a manager that's going to introdue themselves and speak to the customer with genuine concern of what is going on in the restaurant I'm highly disappointed with the service that was provided. I also feel like the manager should be making sure that there's enough food instead of having customers turned away because they don't have guacamole or queso the most popular items...

Just wanna say, chipotle itself is great, however whoever is working the night shift on Sunday December 12th 2021 has to be the worst service i’ve ever had. I work minimum wage so i understand when people are understaffed however no one should be treated this way, First off, we ordered for pickup and when we went to say our name (because our meals weren’t finished in the time frame they had provided.. of course) They proceeded to tell us that we didn’t make an order there and to check the app.. We’ve ordered many times so we made no mistake, we gave our name one more time and they said we only have names X,Y,Z…. Whilst reading out the name we had already said. We finally get our food only to be highly disappointed once driving all the way home. The three tacos weren’t even closed they were just thrown into the back (will insert photo) and usually i just brush it off because again, i get it.. However my last straw was when there was no utensils in the bag.. We had also ordered a bowl and with the way the tacos are laid out there is no way to pick it up and eat it. We are staying at an airbnb so we do not have silverware.. We had to add another 20 min stop to our night after being treated badly and very hungry. Extremely slow service. It was faster for me to order ahead than for me to stand in line to order my food. The employees do not look very happy working and often have small talk in-between orders. The workers move really slow even with the line being past the door.

Another bad experience months later: I had ordered 3 soft tacos with steak, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, and fajitas. I also ordered a side of chips and queso. This was a mobile order. When I arrived, my order was ready but they told me they didnt have any chips left. One person told me they were being made and told me to wait real quick. I waited, but then someone else came out and said that they don't have chips and handed me a card for a free burrito bowl or burrito. I saw that as an honest way to make up for it so I was fine with that, although I did not receive a refund for the fact that I got the chips with the queso as something to eat together, not apart.

When I got home to eat, things seemed worse. The queso was a bit chunky and 'starchy' in a way. The lettuce was all over the place in the packaged tacos, the steak felt dry and the tacos were loaded with way too much sour cream.
